They were professional, friendly, punctual, and clearly took pride in the work they were doing. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the results were even better than I expected. Everything looked and felt incredibly clean, and it was obvious that they didn't just rush through the job--they genuinely cared about doing it right. What really impressed me was the combination of professionalism and personal service. They were courteous, responsive, and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a cleaning company in the Colorado Springs area that actually takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Pikes Peak Pristine Cleaning. I will absolutely be using them again! Thank you for the fantastic work! You've definitely earned a five-star review.

Unfortunately, the oven and fridge were barely touched. When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.

What's up?" That is a true telling of exactly what happened. Drew, the technician, was out at my house very shortly after my semi-hysterical phone call. He is so nice. Super friendly and great at his job. I never a mouse again. Even the mouse sign was gone in a couple weeks. And there's a really nice lady in the office who took my hysterical (I was lying about the "semi") phone call. I have forgotten her name, though I have talked to her several time because I suck like that. She is very helpful. And pet friendly. I was worried because I have rabbits (as pets, not as an infestation) and what kills mice kills rabbits. But it wasn't an issue. My bunnies could not have gotten into those traps, but just to be sure, Drew hid them very well. In conclusion: mice dead; bunnies alive; nice people, me happy.

I ordered through Holt and paid for a marker stone for my great grandmother who died in 1938 and…read morewas buried near my grandfather and great grandfather in Lakeside Cemetery in Canon City. It has been 15 months since I ordered the stone and the stone has still not been made or placed. In my latest communications with the Canon City cemetery manager, it appears that there may not be room for the marker stone at the site. Apparently Holt never wet to the site or communicated with the cemetery management staff to verify that a stone can even be placed there. I can understand the delay in producing the stone due to COVID creating high demand for stones and lack of personnel to produce the stones. But Holt's communication on this matter has been poor at best. There should have been a clear record that they have communicated with the cemetery management and gotten approval for placing the stone before they ever even accepted money from me for the stone. I have no problem with paying them for their time to do so. It should be covered in the cost of the stone. I ran a go-fund-me to raise money to help cover the cost of the stone and may now be faced with refunding the money to those who contributed. An awkward position to be put into. To date this issue remains unresolved.
