I love these people! They have been taking care of my house for almost two years now, ever since a mouse walked across my living room in broad daylight, saw me, and said, "Hey, roomie. What's up?" That is a true telling of exactly what happened. Drew, the technician, was out at my house very shortly after my semi-hysterical phone call. He is so nice. Super friendly and great at his job. I never a mouse again. Even the mouse sign was gone in a couple weeks. And there's a really nice lady in the office who took my hysterical (I was lying about the "semi") phone call. I have forgotten her name, though I have talked to her several time because I suck like that. She is very helpful. And pet friendly. I was worried because I have rabbits (as pets, not as an infestation) and what kills mice kills rabbits. But it wasn't an issue. My bunnies could not have gotten into those traps, but just to be sure, Drew hid them very well. In conclusion: mice dead; bunnies alive; nice people, me happy. read more

Great service here in Pueblo. Mug-a-Bug removed a wasp nest that was on my front porch.
