She was very nice, she listened to my description of what I was experiencing. I sent her a picture of a potential problem and she processed it with expertise. She never made me feel put off. I called and got another opinion and estimate. The tree ABSOLUTELY did not need to be removed nor did the porch need to be demolished. We went with Potter excavation and they were amazing , I would recommend them to anyone. Avoid cut rate at all cost. Horrible experience. Cut Rate , do better take some pride in your business.
