I needed some plumbing parts and this location had them! Every where else had a week to 2 weeks wait. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The sign on the register says "will call" but only if they have the staff to help. I ordered over the phone and picked up my item 2 hours later. Sales people are not the same or at least the one at Ferguson's Walked in gave an order to a commission salesman. Not a cheap appliance he gets easy pay. Two weeks later no appliance, I call no order on file. He forgets to order. No record, blames it on a glitch in the system. So I ask why he would not have followed up if nothing else but to see how happy I was. He says we have customer service to do that. What the hell has happened to service... We've bought Rohl plumbing fixtures & Minka Aire ceiling fans here & have been pleased beyond our wildest expectations. First, our kitchen faucet has a lifetime warranty. In thirteen (13) yrs we've gotten two (2) sprayer heads & one (1) stainless steel meshed hose. Everything was shipped to us at no cost, including express shipping. Second, we returned a new ceiling fan & picked up an exchange the next morning, express shipped from the manufacturer, no questions, billing confusions or surprises, or hassle. Very frustrating experience with Ferguson service thru Build.com. Two delivery errors: 1) wrong color toilet seat and 2) cracked toilet tank. Long waits on the phone over 20 minutes to get thru to customer service. Waiting over 7 days for return label for cracked toilet. read more

Purchased an outdoor post light installed on Thursday and it rained onFriday and Saturday and inside of fixture was saturated. Removed fixture and tried to return it. Will not take it back if it's been installed. Even if it's defective? No, was their response. You can bring it in and speak with a manager or call Kichler directly. Seriously? That is horrible customer service and I won't be purchasing anything from them again. Hint, need Kichler lighting, go to Lowes. They stand behind the products they sell. read more

I had 2 bathrooms and a whole kitchen gutted and the people at Ferguson's could not have been more helpful, they even took my 83 yesr old father around to sit on the toilets and in the bathtubs, lol. Despite hiccups along the way Kelly China jumped right in to correct them, even when it was my fault. I can't say enough about Richard, the install guy, he made everything perfect! Ariliz, Brittanie, Taylor, Nicole and the entire team at Ferguson's. They let me return wrong parts which were ordered, ordered new parts I missed all in a congenial team oriented way which did not make me feel like the idiot I am in home remodeling. The sales people are significantly worse than what they used to be. I placed an order and canceled part of it because I found it 50% cheaper on Amazon. They were going to refund my money for that item but they had a system problem. They said they would do it the next day. I called back two weeks later and they had to search around but they finally got it done. Expensive, poor support and service, I would find another alternative. read more

Visited this showroom at 11:15 looking for products to remodel our master bathroom. There were three employees upstairs sitting at desks staring at cell phones. One asked if we were there to buy or browse. I guess that determines if they stand up or not. The other two never looked up as we walked around the store. When we asked for a tape measure we were directed to one sitting on a desk p with no offer of assistance or to answer any questions. Now I know why the Tarpon store closed. FYI, you flushed a $4,000 purchase down one of your toilets. We bought elsewhere. read more
