Seemed very odd, almost like she doesn't know how to smile. She tried very hard to sell me something, very pushy and not genuine. I tried to approach lauren again when Debra said no no "hun" I can help you. Being called "hun" is so unprofessional and degrading. I heard her say it several times. If I was the owner of this shop and Debra was the manager I would demote or fire for such rude behavior. A shame such a cute store could instantly be ruined be someone's horrible personality... I'll be returning to the store to see Lauren to be helped in a proper friendly way. Hopefully Debra isn't there!

The Haley representative is ALWAYS MIA. Following 3 attempts repeating the email Jennifer, she becam frustrated and angry with me and demanded that I was evading her question . It is unbelievable What happened to the 5 state rep who simply ignored a client! There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE, just deadbeat representatives. I have attempted to purchase a double oven as well for 2 years but no one is available to tell me which size I need to replace a 1990's vintage Thermidor. A very frustrating experience.

There are mistakes that happen no matter who you are so a followup can resolve that problem. His review was not about the quality nor pricing...it was a complaint about a failed followup.
