I use the Home Depot app when making my shopping list and from the app I note what aisle/bin my target is hidden in. If the store doesn't have what I want they will order it for me and ship to my home or the store. Often I find the prices are lower than competitors, even Amazon and Walmart.

They "called" me then hung up before I could answer. They have blocked my spouses phone when we tried to call from thier phone. I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and the texas/colorado attorney generals. Frezzer compressor went out. It is not even 6 months old. Sent an email 7 weeks ago with pictures, video and a very descriptive explanation of what happened. Called a few days to see if they got my email (which they did) and was told they were working on it and ordering parts and a tech would call. Haven't received a call yet. Called again 6 weeks from then and they said no parts were on order and the tech would call. Shocking the tech never called. Called a week later and got put on hold after giving my order number and was somehow sent to the shipping department with no resolution to my claim. Now to today 4/6, called was yet again sent to the shipping department and I keep calling back and I keep getting their voicemail. Looks like I will have to involve lawyers sense no one wants to help me.

The technician showed up, said he needed to order parts and we never heard from them again. They refuse to answer the phone and believe they blocked us after a while. After almost 2 months of trying to make this work, we contacted Lowes who then told us the technician filed a report saying he was unable to do the work because he claimed it was out of warranty. I am sure he got paid by Lowes for the visit, so it sounds like he is either mistaking us for someone else or... Anyway, Lowes said there is nothing we can do until we "make things right" with this company. I just called my credit card company and filed a claim thru them. So, avoid both Lowes service protection and this company. Update: called mrappliance.com who gave me an appointment immediately and repaired the appliance the same day. They are awesome. I will now update my claim with Chase Sapphire to include reimbursement for these repairs. Advice remains: avoid Lowes and all their fly-by-night repair associates.

I called three repair service companies, none was able to come home to check the fridge, until Sunday at the end of the day or for Monday. Finally I came across with Alo Repair and the magic begin, I needed to make just one call and they answered the phone immediately, Eligió was doing Some work to a client and tell me he will call back in 5min. He called, I explained him what happened, and he immediately said "No worries, I know that it is happening, I have the parts and equipment with me to fix it, I can be there in 1 hour to check and fix your appliance. He arrived, check the fridge with all his tool and measure equipment, change a small piece, reset the fridge and said we need to wait a few minutes. These 7 min waiting were the most entertaining and jovial minutes I had had in years, Eligió pitch and stories are the best. He check the fridg it start to work and cooling again, he just said it is done, explain the kids really quick what happened and make them to promise they will be more cautious at the time they use the fridge, to avoid further damage. Definitely, more than a service, and consultan and advisor on fridge and the correct use of it. Highly recommended.
