Boy, do I wish I had purchased all my cabinets from TOPS. Pricing was competitive. Quality was competitive. Service and responsiveness were not even close. TOPS reflected what used to be customer service in this country. I had an issue. Keep in mind TOPS and the "P" place do not install, they only sell the cabinets. After visiting the TOPS location to address my issue the store manager came to my home to look at the problem. He addressed and resolved it. The problem was largely my general contractors installation. Since I paid to have the cabinets put together by TOPS I thought it was the assembly and placement of the drawer tracks; it wasn't, but the manager addressed and corrected my issues. You cannot buy this kind of service. You either get it or you do not. When I had an issue with the cabinets I purchased at the "P" place I made six (6) trips of 35 minutes each trip to their location seeking resolution. Finally I had my charged payment reversed against the vendor. ONce the money came out of their pocket they finally did the right thing. H.G.

He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

When I went into the store to purchase a product, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully and spoken to in an unprofessional manner. Customer service should be about treating customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, my interaction with Ms. Ramos left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with my experience at Floor & Decor. I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.

All they had to do was take the doors off .. and child can do in 10 mins max. They left, with my gate wide open...just drove off! I had to reschedule (more days w/o frig - more food wasted/lost). When 2nd delivery crew arrived, still had to disrupt so much furniture (unnecessarily) they took the frig doors off and walked it inside & thru home easily and quickly. Not prema donnas like the 1st crybaby crew. At this point I felt lucky to even have a refrigerator to turn ON. They said that they could not connect water for ice maker and water on door. They did not level the darn thing so that the doors will swing back, practically knock me over. I have a hard time with balance & walking, standing etc. So I bid them farewell, tipped generously and, again, just felt lucky. What an outfit. When I called about the first delivery crew the same original sales-hole wasn't near as nice and didn't have time or wanted to hear anything except bye bye .... he had already forgotten my name. I would never buy anything from them again, never believe anything they say nor recommend them or trust them with a desk fan!!!!! Mostly jerks with no conscience or honor at all.
