Dr. Georgis was very informative during my consult and listened to my concerns and wishes of what I wanted the surgery to accomplish. It has been a tough recovery but he and his staff have been amazing! They always return my calls quickly and address any concerns I have. Tori, Dana, and Lindsay have all made me feel very comfortable at every visit! So far I am very happy with my results. I am still healing and it will take awhile to see the full effect. He removed the fat under one eye (I don't know why because their was nothing wrong with my eyes) and made a dip. Under the other eye it is now puffy and lumpy. Everyone was always shocked when I would tell them my age before the socalled lift. They thought I looked much younger before. All I wanted was to have a few lines smoothed out. Now people think I look older and I now have very old looking eyes. He dragged my eyes down in the corners and the left eye doesn't close while I sleep. I now have jowels that I didn't have before and more wrinkles in my neck after he worked on that. He refused to return any of my money. To try and get this mess repaired it will cost me $25,000. I don't have that kind of money after paying him. It doesn't seem to bother him that he made such a mess. I don't know how he sleeps at night. I was also off work for almost 2 months because of the extreme bruising and swelling. Had two serious skin infections from his surgery and very strange placement of his scars which got infected. (He told me my down would be 2 weeks and I could return to work) In his dreams!!!!!!!! He also put a chin in which is very crooked. I can't express how I regret ever letting him touch my face. I will have to live with distruction he caused on my face and neck while he continues on with his life.I truly resent this person. He doesn't even deserve one star!!!!! He is off the charts in the negative.

Dr. Jensen himself was very kind, he explained a lot about afterwards. I've healed really well so far (it's been about 3 weeks), I haven't had any issues. The only negative thing I have about him to say is that his staff really want you to leave right away, like others have said they pretty much drag you out the door. I would recommend him as an oral surgeon but just don't let the assistants try to rush you out right after you wake up.

A bunch of drugs that was causing blisters in my mouth so bad i could only drink liquids . Throat swelling the first neurologist told me don't eat foods or drink anything that aggravates it ! I go to RPM I'm desperate at this point what can I loose . They did some ultrasounds told me whatever I'm taking for inflammation it isn't working. Stop taking it . I also stopped taking pre gablin on my own because I was hating the side effects it was causing. I switched back to naproxen . I stopped cbd thc because it wasn't doing anything for pain and definitely wasn't helping with inflammation. The Otho ill pain clinic wouldn't renew my muscle relaxer since I was on one i. It was the same muscle relaxer I was on for decades it wasn't new . So with RPM my balance increased I was not relying on a cane all the time. And I had pain relief. No I wouldn't say I was even close to my old normal self prior to Covid. But I was able to pace myself to do some things I haven't done since June 2023 . It was a work in progress with multiple breaks. I need to contact them again.because January 23 2026 I was involved with a high speed vehicle impact . Things are popping up or not improving with the rice method. It sucks when I was making progress!

I go to PT twice a week for stretching exercises, cognitive theropy for my brain trauma, then they spoil me with a massage & electrical stimulation to help me wind down after every session. Every time I walk out the door I feel like I've done something that was good for myself. At 3pm I was still sitting in the waiting room. When asked the staff, I was told that it would just be a "bit" longer. Another lady in the waiting room commented that she waits at least an hour for each appointment. I immediately cancelled my appointment and told them that I would find another doctor that actually valued his patients and acknowledge that their time was important. Maybe don't over book and you won't have this problem.

I saw Dr Samuel on Tuesday due to having severe tooth pain. She referred me to an endodontist in Rockford. The endodontist she referred me to was great and I booked an appointment for Tuesday for a root canal. Unfortunately, I just found out on Friday after hours that they are not covered under my Medicare plan. If you have ever had severe tooth pain, you know how miserable it is! Don't expect the dentists at Machesney Park Family Dental to be sympathetic about your pain. She refused to call me in anything for pain. I've been in so much pain since last Monday and now I have to wait until this Monday to start all over again, trying to find an endodontist and somebody to help me out of this miserable pain.
