The receptionist did tell me that they would be happy to help me and that I would be taken care of today, and asked me if I was on a time schedule. When I asked her why she told me that they had scheduled appointments but they would make sure that I was also taken care of although I may be waiting a bit. She told me to have a good lunch before I came in and when I got there she personally greeted me and made me feel at ease and very comfortable. The dental assistants were wonderful and they showed a good deal of concern and care when they took xrays. They introduced me to the Dr. and he was just as great. He took the time and showed how much he cared. I ended up having a root canal which scared me a good deal. It ended up being the best treatment I have ever had. I just came back from the office today where I had my porcelain crown put on. It looks beautiful and feel great. Thank you Dr. Ashwa and ladies for making this woman smile again. Dolores
