He was unprofessional, condescending, belittling, out of line, and weirdly angry. If you get this angry about a college kid forgetting his retainer at home, maybe it's time to retire. Not only were the results amazing but the price was reasonable, there was attentiveness to detail and everything was explained as we went along. I have to add-- a couple of times we had to cancel an appt last minute and they were so understanding. The staff there made us feel welcome and everything was so clean and professional.
