The procedure was explained, and follow-up physical therapy allowed for my arm to reach areas inaccessible for years. As a medicare recipient living alone, I was able to participate in a program having a person come to my home to help with chores. I was assigned a nurse coordinating the different aspects of care (doctor visits, physical therapy, home care) receiving phone calls to ensure all was good.

I had surgery and follow up visits and the doctors and nurses were great but the way this facility bills is crazy. The department bill separately and collect separately. We were only made aware of this by time my surgery bill would have been sent to collections. The surgery billing department was more than unpleasant to deal with even the supervisor. Never was told about payment plans but they were more than willing to take money monthly until they put us into collections. Hard lesson learned but the willingness to help out in a simple misunderstanding is unfortunate.
