NYD may sound odd, but with the holidays and moving was no other time for us to get this done. :) Given that it was New Year's Day and the Hawks were playing, the store was dead. 3 employees were working (including the store manager), so our service was AWESOME. I believe her name was/is Sarah, so 'thank-you," Sarah! We left spending around $800 for two suits, 4 shirts, 2 ties, 2 pocket squares, 2 pair of shoes, 2 belts and 2 packages of socks. Their BOGO 1/2 off sale was going on, so we got 2 of just about everything Hubs needed. The $800 also included alterations. Alterations were nearly more than the suits themselves (boo) because the suits were already marked down to less than $150 each and Hubs got one 1/2 off. The grand total probably sounds like a lot, but my husband had no custom-fit clothing prior to this shopping spree, nor did he even own a suit. I'm sure the suits will last at least 5-10 years because he won't wear them more than a couple of times per year. 5/5 for the quality of merchandise MWH carries. 4/5 stars because the price of merchandise here is incredibly marked up. Unless you're shopping one of their BOGO sales, you could leave here spending 3x as much as we did. The store itself could use a remodel. Carpets were dirty and the other Men's Wearhouse I'd been to had laminate flooring that looked like hardwood. Also, my husband was in a wedding a few months later in April. The wedding was in Washington D.C., but we were able to get him fitted at the CR Men's Wearhouse. They placed his order and told him to pick up the suit in D.C. No problems whatsoever when we went to pick up his suit for the wedding. 5/5 for communication between stores. We got (2) $50 off coupons after our big purchase, so we used them on the suit rental. Awesome! Would definitely return to MWH in the future because we've had positive experiences at the 2 we have shopped. Selection is great and the one-on-one attention we received was extremely helpful.

We don't take dances very seriously so we just went ahead and bought it without trying it on, knowing the young girl (Patience, I think?) did a good job measuring last time. we went up to the register and a male employee looked at us and said "not trying it on is a terrible idea" with a lot of attitude. I understood that he was just trying to help but it felt pretty unnecessary. When we got home to try on the tux, there was a few minor stains on the jacket. Like I said, we really didn't care too much and we're fine with a few flaws, but I hope we don't get charged for the damage that was already on the coat as soon as we got home.
