I wasn't sure what to expect since this this type of stuff is way over my head! What I appreciated most was how easy everyone was to work with. John was collaborative, shared ideas, and helped me think through options I wouldn't have considered on my own. Leading up to the install, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer everything clearly and patiently (lol)...never making me feel dumb or like I was asking too much. Communication was solid the entire time, the work was done as promised, and I am really happy with how everything turned out. Right in the middle of the remodel, I had to leave on a work trip and I didn't hesitate to give them access to the house so they could finish on time (they actually finished a couple of days early). If you're looking for a remodeling company that knows their stuff and is genuinely easy to work with, I'd definitely recommend Complete Construction for your remodeling needs.

Owner Scott responded quickly and came out to assess our needs and provide a very competitive bid. Great communication from start to finish. Darrel came out today and did the job in about 5 hours. The transformation is exactly what we had in our heads. They have tons of choices, but we went with Lava-not really dark black and has stone colored accents that will pull in our oak cabinets and other colors. . We will engage them again to refinish the kitchen sink to match the counter. Then, probably tackle the bathrooms because the transformation is awesome. Only downside was in this COVID era, I expect all crafts people to show up in masks and foot booties, and other signs they are taking precautions before entering homes. Oh and be really clear on the level of fumes. You and your pets will want to be gone for the day. The craftsmanship and obvious love for what they do is clear. If you are searching for the right company, this is it. We could not be happier after having 5 companies bid on our project. Thanks Scott and Darrel!!
