On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.

I brought a small dolly so I could roll the item into the store. As I opened the back, a young man from the store happened to be leaving on his lunch break and was passing near my car. Without prompting, he asked if the item was going into the UPS store and I told him it was, and he said he was on his lunch break but that he would be glad to take it into the store for me. I thanked him and explained I had a dolly in the car and was prepared to wheel it in. But he insisted that it was no trouble whatsoever and he came and got the flatpack doghouse and carried it in. It brought tears to my eyes because I was on a deadline to return it, but I've also had terrible shoulder pain for the last several days and didn't really want to upset my shoulder, but I needed to get this item returned. What a huge blessing the timing was! The young, smiling man's name is Stanley, and if I could rate him higher than five stars, I certainly would! This wasn't just good service (he wasn't even on the clock). This was kindness, full of bright hope for humanity! Shine on, Stanley! You're a star!

They'll ask you to make minute adjustments on where you stand, tuck your hair back more, and make sure nothing else is amiss! I wore a white shirt, and because of the white background, it made my head look like it was just floating there with no body lol. I have come to this store many times before and have never experienced service like this. The store was not busy and there were very few customers, so I'm not sure why the service was so unhelpful. As a regular customer, I expect basic customer service and a willingness to assist. I hope the store manager can look into this situation and review the staff behavior, because this experience was disappointing.She said all print copy service have to do online After place order online I received email pick up available at 6 pm .
