On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.

However, after visiting a few more times I started to get the feeling that I was becoming more of an annoyance to them than a potential long term customer. I learned this to be true while working on a major event for a client. I went to Print All to have some materials printed - and I was not only sorely disappointed in the service I received but I honestly felt disrespected. I called at 3:45 PM and was told that since they close at 5:00 PM the person I needed to speak with wasn't going to be able to help me and I should send an email. At first it seemed as if I was going to be able to speak with him, but suddenly he was unavailable. I could almost see him waving away the phone in the background. I followed instructions and sent an email of my request. A representative called me back - to let me know they would try to fulfill my request on Monday. Ok. It was friday, they were ready to go - I get it. Well Monday - I go over to Print All to bring my request in and the person I spoke with is not there, and neither is the other representative that I was told would help me - after I was told specifically to come in early and they would be there to help me get it done. Well...I was asked to once again leave and someone would call me when they returned. After a couple hours I sent another email asking about the status of my request and seeking assistance. No one returned my email and no one ever called me back about my project again. I felt like because I was just an individual with what they deemed was a single unimportant job - my business was not valuable to them. However, what Print All did not know is that I am a successful business owner with teams running in 5 major cities. We require printing of materials, promotional products and signage for events often. I would have been more than happy to utilize Print All as my go to print shop for all of our projects, but after the way I was treated and dismissed as a customer - that would never happen now. I really hope that Print All re-evaluates the way it approaches its individual customers. A small print job from a person who is not a big business client may not be profitable or worth your time on the surface - but it does speak to your character as a business and it could lead to more business for you if managed professionally - professionalism, service, and integrity are three things i found to be lacking in my interaction with Print All. Thank goodness I found a printer not too far away who did have those qualities - and he also mentioned that many of his customers come to him - after bad experiences at Print All. Both Rob Schmidt, the owner of the business, as well as Luz Lekrik, the Store Manager have been WELL informed of the problem and made the baffling decision to tarnish their store's reputation rather than fixing a simple problem. I even showed them how simple the solution would be, but they remain silent. Ordinarily, someone in my position would be quick to fire off one of those 1 star angry reviews we all see all the time and roll our eyes, but I will have to give them a little credit. The main piece of art that was received was very well packed, so I'll give them 3 stars for that, but the loss of the critical component, combined with their complete and utter lack of communication when the tiniest bit of trouble showed up earns them the loss of 2 stars.
