I want to leave feedback about my experience at Office Depot today around 4:30 PM on March 5, 2026. The employee who helped me was not friendly and made it seem like every request I had was a problem. I have come to this store many times before and have never experienced service like this. The store was not busy and there were very few customers, so I'm not sure why the service was so unhelpful. As a regular customer, I expect basic customer service and a willingness to assist. I hope the store manager can look into this situation and review the staff behavior, because this experience was disappointing.She said all print copy service have to do online After place order online I received email pick up available at 6 pm . Went to this location today to pick up a print order that has been ready for about a week and a half . Got to the printing station where there were 2 employees having a deep conversation and did not acknowledge me. One left from behind the counter and did not even look my way!! The other one walked up to where I was and said nothing. I told her I was there to pick up a print order. She just looked at me ... points to a shelf with brown bags on it and saId.."Did you look Over there ??" With an attitude if I may add!' Bad customer service !!!! All representatives are very helpful and friendly. On our last visit Patrick helped us out with an office chair that we had purchased that had an issue. Patrick called the store in Metairie, since his store was out of stock, and had them just switch the part out for us, instead of bringing entire chair back. What can I say that hasn't been said already? Its runned down. Slow overworked staff, dwindling inventory, losing the online battle against Amazon. It's in its death throes. They shine during Christmas time though. Good sales on odd things but I still think its days are numbered. Will be rolling down the Blockbuster procession soon. read more

This Office Depot is great. This location has been around for a long time and has the distinction of being the first Office Depot that I ever visited. As far as the items for sale, this location is very similar to all other locations, but because it has saved my tail on more than one occasion, I love it. I have been in to this location numerous times when I needed a special type of paper to complete a work project. You would I would stock up, but it is just as convenient to take the drive here. Also in stock are a large variety of pen refills. Whether you have a Mont Blanc or a Cross pen, this place has what you need. I realize as I am writing this that a gushing review of an office supply store seems ridiculous, but I really like this store. I haven't used their printing services, but based on my other experiences, I would imagine anything they do would be top notch. read more

This branch of the national chain has been here for quite a while, and it's age shows. Products: A limited selection of office supplies. This location just doesn't seem to have the variety of other branches, such as in Mid-City New Orleans. I find the prices are a bit steep and the value for products to be rather low. (2 stars) Service: Best described as "meh." The line was long the last time I went in here, the customer service was a bit shoddy, and it was just a little chaotic. (2 stars) Facilities: The location is just....tired. The building is a bit worn, and the parking lot a bit worse. For whatever reason, the south side of Manhattan at the West Bank Expressway isn't nearly as nice as the northern (riverside) end. There has been development behind this older building, but this lot in particular could use a refurb. Inside is ok, but I don't really like the setup. (2 stars) Overall: There aren't too many options for office supplies that I can think of nearby, so you're either traveling a bit or putting up with this substandard store. I've had to come to this location 2 time and each time i ended up having to leave the line after 30 minutes of it not moving... both times. Do not come to this location if you have other things to do in the day that you need to get to. The service is beyond slow and the employees act like they don't know they are supposed to be working lol. Every single time I come here it takes 45 mins in a 3 person line. I don't have much occasion to frequent Office Depot, but whenever I have been here I have had no issue finding what I needed. They have all of the basic office supplies that you would expect to need and find and they even have fancy office furniture! About a year ago I bought a box of envelopes (for some reason). I used two of them before I realized that I didn't need a whole box. I brought them back and explained the situation and they took them back and gave me a refund with no issue. read more

Meh... Even by Office Depot standards, this store is mediocre, at best. The pros: easy to get in and out because there's rarely more than two or three shoppers present. They run some decent specials, but still way more than you'll pay on-line or at Costco. read more

I've only been here twice, but my experience tonight was fairly disappointing. This was my first time placing an order with them, so I wasn't sure where to go, so I walk up to the first associate I see. He had an empty register. I say hello and he stares at the floor not even returning the greeting. A lady customer then comes out of nowhere, says nothing, doesn't look at me, just places her stuff at the register. Still I proceed to ask where I go to pick up my order & he says over there, and glances to the right of him. As I walk off he proceeds to tell the lady "sorry about that," so it's clear to see he's capable of communicating & of displaying some sort of manners; I just think he should work on that more before being on the floor. Other than that, the people at the order pick up were very nice. A very pleasant young lady helped me with my order. Maybe they should train that young man in customer service . I assume he was hired because of low staffing, but in my opinion, low staff is better than employing associates who lack basic communication skills and manners. read more

I've been here two times, and left empty handed twice after waiting in long lines. A month and a half ago, I had a print release code from Office Depot that I tried to use at this location, but they seemed to have a known network problem that didn't recognize the code. They told me I would have to send my document to a special email, which I couldn't do on the spot. Fast forward to today - I was just in this afternoon to ship a parcel via Fedex, and again, a known network problem ( they even had a sign ) meant that they could not generate and print shipping labels. I'm tempted to contact Office Depot corporate to share that this location has an ongoing network problem that keeps them from providing basic services advertised on OD's central website. The fact that this seems to be a longstanding problem tells me that the local ownership / management are knowingly neglectful. I won't be back. read more

Just hung up the phone after calling twice for the printing department and being put on hold both times with nobody from that department ever bothering to answer. I've never had a problem in the store, but it would have been nice if someone could have picked up to answer a simple question about the services they offer. read more

i'm a regular at that office depot. honesty the employees their are laid back. the employees in the copy fax department are kind of straight forward, not to much. they get the job done..lol.. when you get to the register, the employees are usually mono tone. they get the job done...lol read more

Customer service needs some serious work. I recently went to the Westbank location for printing services. The associate behind the counter was not enthusiastic and seemed uninterested in helping. He was also eating gummy worms while he was helping the customer ahead of me. He wasn't even trying to hind it. On the other hand, I was in and out in about 10 minutes, which is pretty fast in comparison to previous times I've been for the same service. read more

I use Office Depot on St. Charles quite often to print documents from my email. They have two computers that are self-serve. Today I was near this location so ran in to print something. There was a line in the print department but I saw computers on the counter which I walked up to and asked if this was a computer I could use to print a document. The male employee behind the counter told me that was not the way it worked and that I could wait in line like everyone else. I promptly walked out and headed to St. Charles where the staff is not rude and condescending. read more
