We discussed all the things that needed to be done and made plans. (extractions, cavities, a partial). Today I went for the extractions. I was pleased with my initial visit. I'm even more pleased now. Dr Ji and his staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Ji described what he was going to do and told me what to expect. He was aware and observant to any indication of pain or discomfort and asked several times how I was doing. (It seemed much more intentional than any other dentist I've seen. Usually, it's a perfunctory question and they are going on with their work without bothering to listen. Dr Ji moved his hands for my mouth, asked if i was doing ok, maintained eye contact for a moment, then resumed work.) After the extractions, he told me what he'd done (one extraction was difficult and he explained why and what he'd done differently than expected). He also thoroughly explained aftercare, the reasons for it, and what i could expect, including the unlikely, but possible undesirable outcome (dry socket) and how to avoid that. I am very pleased I chose Dr Ji for my dentist. I look forward to having my teeth in much better shape soon.

The dental hygienist always said my teeth looked perfect while she was cleaning. Then Dr. Hassan would come in, look at my teeth and say all as perfect. Now I've relocated to a new dentist in Florida and was told I have 6 Cavities!!!! That tells me that the dental hygienist and Dr Hassan WAS NOT doing their job correctly. DO NOT waste your time with this dentist.

Today they called me to confirm the appointment and said they always confirm it verbally and I ask why bother with send an email and got no response. The lady then ask me to hold for the actual office to talk to me. I was in the middle of something but I agreed. Another lady came on and began again requesting verification of the appointment which I had just did with the other lady. She then started asking about insurance, which I had already completed online and I asked why I needed to give it again. I expressed my opinion regarding how unprofessional they appear. I ended by telling her I had already given all that info and confirmed the appointment and would see them at that time. This is my first experience with Aspen Dental and even though I yet to even set foot in the office I am already second guessing my decision to choose them.

I have Delta Dental Premier and my exam and x-rays are covered 100% when I use a network provider…read more They are a network provider and they ran my insurance and it said I owed 0 and now I'm getting a bill trying to tell me I owe the difference of $98! For a cleaning with x-rays!!!! When I got my exam and cleaning the dental tech was rude, had to leave the room about 6 times to get stuff she forgot, and she kept pushing down on the side of my mouth where the water thing was and water kept pouring out of my mouth. Then during my exam they kept pushing for me to get a tooth pulled and an implant or a bridge for a fee of $5,000 - $7,000. They didn't offer me any other treatments like bonding or a cap. I had scheduled an appt to have my tooth removed but thank goodness I didn't have it done because when I went back into my account to check what my insurance would cover it said that I had a waiting period of 12 months before I could get any major dental covered. I also had a whitening treatment done and it was horrible. whatever they put in my mouth kept shocking me and when they went in and pulled the stuff out that was supposed to protect my gums it was so stuck to my gums that it wouldn't hardly come out. The girl gave me a kit to take home to use and it was missing the instructions on how to use it. She told me I could just Google it. There were no specific instructions online and I called them and they couldn't tell me how to use it. So I ended up doing a dispute on my credit card to get the money back that I had to pay in advance since I didn't get my tooth pulled and NOW, 9 months later is when they send me a bill saying I owe them $98!!!!! I feel like they are billing me the part my dental insurance didn't pay to be vindictive because I filled a dispute. I 100% do not recommend going to this place.

I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted and when it broke, now needing to be surgically removed he said "this wouldn't have happened had you come in sooner". He was tough on my mouth. I was crying because I could feel some incredibly sharp pain like they were touching a nerve and I had to beg them to stop to tell them why, and he said "there's no nerve there" and proceeded. He was very medieval with his skills. Bedside manner was terrible. I left there in tears and will be pulling my children from here asap, as they've been seeing him for years and this was my first time. We will find another dentist.
