They did not have an appt until the end of the month (today is May 7) and surgery not available until June. Surgery? I just need a tooth pulled. I asked what am I supposed to do about the pain. I told them I needed to be gassed if they were going to do any probing, scraping, drilling, in my mouth. They didn't judge me, make me feel bad for letting it get to this point, etc. They built the sedation and gas into my bill for every visit [ended up needing 7 total for all the work I had to have done, I just finished the 2nd one today] & I thought I was going to have to have 4 false teeth put in but they told me they could do a different, cheaper, method instead. Everyone from billing department to dental assistant to dentist are so incredibly friendly. I couldn't be happier & my fear of the dentist is beginning to subside. Yay!

Instead, he drilled my tooth for a long time without ever explaining the plan or asking my permission about the materials. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was horrified to see a large silver filling staring back at me. I was never told this would happen and never given a choice. Before my follow-up appointment, I was contacted by the dentist's wife (who also works in the office) and was suddenly told that I now "needed a crown" on the same tooth. First a "little filling," then a crown? This feels like a bait-and-switch, and the lack of honesty is shocking. The hygienist procedures were also terrible -- rushed, careless, and done in about 10 minutes. The entire office is dirty and poorly maintained, which made me feel even more unsafe. Now I am embarrassed to smile and constantly cover my mouth with my hand. This has caused me stress, frustration, and a loss of confidence. I have already filed a complaint with the CDC and am preparing a lawsuit against this company. Patients deserve respect, informed consent, proper hygiene, and safe treatment -- and you will not find that here. Stay far away from this office.
