I told them I needed to be gassed if they were going to do any probing, scraping, drilling, in my mouth. They didn't judge me, make me feel bad for letting it get to this point, etc. They built the sedation and gas into my bill for every visit [ended up needing 7 total for all the work I had to have done, I just finished the 2nd one today] & I thought I was going to have to have 4 false teeth put in but they told me they could do a different, cheaper, method instead. Everyone from billing department to dental assistant to dentist are so incredibly friendly. I couldn't be happier & my fear of the dentist is beginning to subside. Yay!
