I used to love feng cha i would go all the way up to costa mesa just to get it i recently went to the fullerton location since it was near school which I believe just opened. Service is mediocre nothing special but not bad. the interior is so beautiful. however the one star is for my drink i ordered the matcha latte i took one sip and had throw it away. it was just like i took a sip of like heavy whipping cream or something. the taste of dairy was so strong. when it came out and i saw the color i already knew it wasn't gonna be great it was literally lighter than a pastel green color. anyone that drinks matcha knows the color is a dark a vibrant green. Service: everyone was amazing, gave great recommendations, and happy to change my dirty boba to add green tea to it since it usually doesn't come with tea as requested. Drinks: every drinks was so tasty and had it own uniqueness. Usually crème brûlée drink are very sweet, but I did 75% for the crème brûlée dirty boba and it was the best I had so far! My kids loved all the other drinks. I got two drinks and saved the jasmine green tea with sea salt foam for the next day and it was refreshing and light. They were nice enough to let me get the match foam to try. I will definitely come back every time when I am in the area since it the first boba tea that satisfied my craving when I am in SoCal. As a student at CSUF, There are a lot of options for food or drinks, but this place has to be my favorite spot so far. I got their Jasmine Apple Green Tea, and my brother got the Dirty Boba. I was super excited to try Feng Cha as it's the new boba place in Fullerton! The interior is decorated very chic and cute, with lots of seating available. I tried the thai tea with boba and it was good! 4/5. I chose 75% sweetness since I prefer a stronger tea flavor. The drink was good but I think the tea flavor could be stronger, so maybe next time I will try 50%. The Strawberry Breeze was also good! It has a similar taste to a strawberry yogurt but was still light and refreshing. The lychee jelly it is paired with it compliments the drink. To top it off, we tried the taro chocolate dessert cake! It was an angel food cake topped with a taro foam, with chocolate sprinkles and a kit kat! overall this was a 3.5/5. There was nothing wrong with the cake, it just wasn't anything special. the outside layer of the cake can get a bit mushy from the foam but outside of that it was good. I would like to try more of the flavors though! Service was very good! Both of the drinks and dessert came out fast, and both the ladies working were very pleasant and knowledgeable. read more

I came in during their soft opening and got their kiwi basil green tea and tiramisu treasure cake. My mom got the creme brulee dirty boba and she said it wasn't too sweet (which is the ultimate asian mom compliment)! We didn't know what to get at first and the staff were really friendly and informative on the menu. The store is fully remodeled with new furniture and decor! There's even benches with fish tanks under to sit on, which I love. This place is close to CSUF too, so I will definitely stop by more often after classes! Their grand opening is July 22!! read more

After trying this place on two separate occasions, I can officially say this is my favorite spot in Fullerton and I am obsessed with both the drinks and the aesthetics this place has. I love coming here to get some work done or work with others. There is a good amount of seating and thankfully they have charging ports since I always fail to charge my computer ahead of time. The girl working there is very sweet, I always forget to catch her name, but she is great and very helpful in recommending drinks. I got the coconut latte with 75% sweetness and boba and it was soooo delicious. The perfect mix of coffee and coconut. This past time I went I got a Peach Oolong tea with Lychee Jelly with 75% sweetness and I really enjoyed it. It is perfect for when I have a refreshing and not too sweet craving. This is 100% my new go-to boba shop and hang out spot. One of my favorite things about it is the variety of drinks. It's a great place to hang out with friends bc there's an option for everyone. From pure teas, milk teas, fruit teas, fruit breezes (blended), brown sugar boba, coffee; there's literally an option for everyone. They're able to make many of their drinks decaf and use lactose free ingredients for most of their drinks as well! I absolutely love the decor and ambiance. They have fish tank benches, perfect for keeping the kiddos entertained. The seating is super comfy and well-maintained. The staff there do frequent rounds of cleaning the tables and seating. The bathroom is also nice and clean. What I love most is how friendly and accommodating the staff is. I ordered a drink that ended up being a little too sweet for me and they offered to remake the drink for no charge. And since I was hanging out there for a little while, the gave us some free samples of their cake! I ended up getting the taro chocolate cake which was bomb. My favorite drink has to be the mango au lait, which is a creamy mango drink with real mango bits. Definitely hits the spot. Overall, I hope this business is able to thrive. I'm really disappointed with the service here. I came in with two other people, so we ordered three drinks. The female worker (short asian) behind the counter was openly complaining to her male coworker about having to make three drinks (two were the same drink) for three people--this was over an hour before closing, so it's not like they were swamped. On top of that, one of the drinks was made incorrectly. It's honestly frustrating when you're paying for something and the staff seem bothered by doing their job. Saw several small groups of customers coming in around a Friday afternoon so expect this place to have some regular patrons. From the pictures of this place their desserts looked delicious but didn't see them displayed at the counter so I opted to order the rose oolong milk tea with boba, half sweet and no ice. I liked the aroma of the rose oolong tea, the sweetness level was just right, and the boba was decent. Overall happy with the taste of the drink, but wasn't told that my drink would not be topped off if I ordered a drink without ice (at least that's what I assume why my drink wasn't filled to the lid).
