We ordered pizza and a salad from here while staying in a nearby hotel. The pizza is large, 16 inch for a very very good price. I wish they would raise their price and add alittle more cheese. It's good but I'm the type of person that if the cheese isn't dripping down to your elbow when you fold it, well, it's not cheesy enough. The salad is excellent, we asked for and got the dressing on the side. It comes with a side of bread (nice surprise). We called back to ask for plates and napkins which they sent plenty of, it didnt dawn on us to ask for for forks. They are getting three stars because it is a good value but, they charged $1 for the paper plates, $1.25 for delivery, and 75 cents for extra dressing for the salad. It's not the charges that ticked me off, well, I've never been charged for a few paper plates, but the fact that none of these were mentioned when ordering. I always tip extra for hotel delivery because of the added hassle of parking and finding the room. We paid $25 for a 9.25 pizza and a 4.75 salad. read more

Everytime I've had Femi's, I had to put people onto how quality there food is! It's delicious every-time from pizza, wraps, wings, to burgers, sides, salads, more to try and more to love! Even my parents were amazed at how good their food was. Its my fav 'pizza' shop with plenty to offer. Getting it tonight as a treat, although they may not have parking, they do have tables to park ya butt inside or outside or just get takeout. Not cheap but neither are their recipes/efforts. read more

All foods that I get from Femi's is delicious but sometimes I wish they make sure to include cheese wiz when ordered and to make the fries more crispy . But otherwise everything is good. 5 stars. read more

Ordered for delivery. Got the cheese pizza, chicken cheesesteak & broccoli bites. The cheese pizza was quite tasty & so were the brócoli bites. The chicken cheeesesteak was ok. It seemed to be more bread than steak. Delivery was in a timely fashion & the delivery person was very nice. I will try other things on the menu at a later date. Hopefully they'll put more steak on the bread in the future. read more

Oh my lord. Don't walk away, RUN away. I stayed at the 4 Points hotel and the staff recommended Femi's. I ordered at 5:55pm today (a chicken Caesar salad and waffle fries.... such a simple order) They showed up at my room with just the fries at 7:30, and said other driver was coming with the salad "he's on the way". I called at 8pm.... They said he's coming. I called at 8:30pm, they said he is coming. He just showed up now at 8:45pm. Wow!!!! I am 52 years old and I have NEVER waited almost 3 hours for a piece of chicken and lettuce. And the worst..... I tipped the first guy for probably the worst service I have ever had from any restaurant. Again, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, go ANYWHERE else. They are terrible. WORST service I can ever recall. Ordered Femi's while in Philadelphia 4th of July weekend. First big no no, ordering fish from a pizza joint. I'm from Boston, so it's easy to get seafood almost anywhere that's reputable. So I knew "order seafoods at your own risk" and it was a complete fail. Tasted like grocery store frozen food warmed up! But, to end on a good note the pizza was good. Not NY style, not Chicago style, Philadelphia style. (I'll pass) I should have just order a steak and cheese hoagie. next time hahahahahah read more

Everything I ever got from Femi's was on point. And their meatball grinder is GREAT!!!

I ordered here and had asked the woman in the front if she accepts credit card to which she retorted "yeah we take all types of payment, credit card, apply pay, watermelon pay" oh really?? Well let me go ahead and take my watermelon pay elsewhere. This will be the first and last time I go here and I advise other black people to go elsewhere as well. There is no respect nor was there any disciplinary action from the staff. I guess those sort of jokes are common there, if you get what I mean. read more

So far have placed two delivery orders through their website. Delivery was fine. Philly roast pork was excellent as was Italian hoagie. Second order of New York style pizza was sooo delicious. Wings were huge and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be ordering again. 5 stars! read more

First off the food is very good. The cheesesteaks are top notch and they have real Kraft whiz. As good as any cheesesteak you could get. The pizza is great as well. They accommodate kindly on half plain and half white. I ordered late night on DoorDash and the driver stole my order but it was early enough to where I could order again so I appreciate them for making the order twice. Overall very good place and I'm shocked by some of the other reviews on here. You all should reevaluate. read more

i love this place. their pizza is good but their sandwiches are amazing. try the tuscan or codon blu panini pita... amazing. quesadilla are great sometimes and really greasy others. staff are great, this place gets really busy around lunchtime so give them a half hour for pickup and whatever they tell you for delivery. this place is really a 4 for me but the occasional inconsistency has to keep me at a 4.99999 read more

I never leave reviews but this was so disappointing that I had to. We ordered a margherita pizza last night and this is what we got. Absolutely ridiculous. A 20$ piece of cardboard with some basil sprinkles. We did order an hour before closing but they should never serve something like this.. we called back right after but no answer. And they weren't even supposed to be closed yet. Guess they just wanted to get out of there. Will never order again. read more

I would highly recommend not ordering from this place. Our food was delivered approximately an hour and forty-five minutes after we ordered it. When it arrived we were awoken by a knock because we had quite literally fallen asleep waiting on our order. The hamburger and fries my husband ordered were lukewarm and soggy after sitting in its own grease for an indeterminate amount of time. My hoagie arrived with every topping known to man after I specified simply Mayo and lettuce. When the driver arrived he was shocked we were paying in card so he asked that we call the store to pay and then promptly left. Though we were dissatisfied with our order we decided to call and pay because they provided a service. It was during our phone call I realized that our beverages were missing so I decided to let the staff know. The staff told me the beverages were never added to my order even though the person that took my order repeated it back to me. They then said "well tell the driver and he will grab you something." After I let them know the driver had already left they were flabbergasted and insisted the driver would never leave without a payment. It took a little convincing to make them realize that the driver did indeed leave without payment. At this point the representative on the phone asked me to hold. It was during this non-muted, five minute hold I had the please of listening to her yell at the driver for leaving without a payment. I was beyond irritated by now. Finally, I tagged out and let my husband handle the call when the manager of the store got on the phone. He said he could send over a soda. My husband promptly told him no thanks, you're lucky we called to pay you. The manager quickly took our info and it is now, 2 hours later we are able to eat our meal. I do have to admit that the hoagie was quite delicious after I deconstructed it. But if this is what I have to go through to get a freaking sandwich, I'll pass or at the very least not pay again. read more

I've been coming here for 8 yrs. I'm DONE! A simple order of HOTT Wings that aren't hot. Barely Any sauce on them. I watched as the young ladies behind the counter talk so much over the food. Femi's Pizzq has been clutch from the time they opened up until now, and continues to be. Everything is always fresh and tasty. When I worked as a manager at a hotel front desk in the airport area. I would always recommend Femi's! Then they started bringing free pizza to our staff on Fridays. Then everyone knew how great their pizza is, and how awesome the customer service is as well. We even went through a stent where they said they weren't delivering to that area because it was too far. Well.. thankfully that got rectified fairly quickly. I no longer work there, but thankfully i hear Femi's is still staff too recommended! My brother now works at an airport hotel and recommends only FEMI'S PIZZA! Especially for late nights!! read more

This place has the potencial of being great, however don't order late at night they do not get your food to you till after an hour and by the time the food gets to you it's cold and nasty. I ordered at 10:30 and then didn't get my food after midnight. I tried calling but they were closed. Our bill came out to 35 bucks and we ate 3 slices and a 2 wings. I called this morning to get a refund and the lady on the phone said since it was a day ago that there was nothing they could do. I ordered 10:45 pm June 15 and got my food at 12:10 am June 16 I called at 10:08 am June 16 She asked the manager and he said since there was some food eaten that they couldn't do anything plus it was a a new day. Got this at our hotel by the airport.. Nice girl that took my order, but man I didn't realize how much I was ordering! Everything was huge and very filling, we sadly had to throw away a lot of the food. Ordered a large spaghetti and meatballs for like $8 and got almost a whole box of spaghetti!! Maybe I am just used to California prices, but wow, tons of food for very little money! Yes, none of it was super gourmet or top-notch, but it filled the belly for cheap, and it is good east coast Italian / pizzeria fast food. Great service, really fast delivery. Thanks, Femi's! read more

I ordered and gave the girl my credit card info. About 15 minutes later I got a call from my bank that someone was making all kinds of purchases and trying to transfer money to another account . I can not say 100% it was them but I had not used my card in 3 weeks. So I am very suspicious . Will never order with a card from them again. Be aware before using a card. read more

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give NO STARS I WOULD. We ordered at 6:30pm at 8:45pm we still didn't have our food. We finally received only part of our order 5minutes later. I don't know how or why our order was separated between two delivery guys. after about another 30 minutes we call back to ask where was the second part of our order. They were apologetic that we still have not received our order after a 3 hour wait and offered us a credit for the food we didn't receive. They explained that the driver would bring us the money back which we waited another 45 minutes for, only for him to show up with credited amount and try to get another tip from us for the second part of the order. THIS IS THE VERY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM read more

Will never order from here again. There's always a problem, but we still always give them another chance. I will not do that again. After ordering easy fried items (mozz sticks, French fries, mac and cheese bites, cheeseburger, and chicken fingers) online it takes 2 hours to get delivered, I called asking where it is and they said how it was leaving now. Get the food and it's not even hot, room temperature at best. Also missing chicken fingers. Call back and the girl says they'll make them now. 30 minutes later still nothing. Call for a refund and to cancel the chicken fingers, the guy who I speak to who I assume is the manager is a total dick. I told him how it's an inconvenience and it's always like this. He proceeds to say how I'm the inconvenience because I got delivery instead of pickup. Totally unprofessional in every way. Says he isn't refunding the card, after I said that I should get a whole refund because it wasn't hot and this is something that happens a lot. He says that I'm only saying this because I'm missing something. I ended with how I won't be ordering from here again and he says "good, don't. There's plenty of other places I can order from." What kind of manager says that? Sad because this really was somewhere we ordered from every week even though there was an issue half the time. If it's inconvenient to deliver than don't! The only positive was the delivery drive who was so kind and apologized for how long it took for my order. Also recommend you hire a more professional manager who actually wants customers to come back. A second delivery driver came back around and hand delivered a partial refund. read more

Terrible food. Terrible service, girl who answers the telephone is very unprofessional and rude. Never on time and the food is always cold. No Salt, No Pepper, No Customer Service I ordered lunch for my coworkers ($40.00 total approx). A few steaks, some wings, and some fries. Ordering was easy and correct. The problem was when I was out of the office and received a call regarding my order that was "just confirming" what I had placed. Another order apparently had been placed from our same production facility which flagged our order. Now instead of send our order out 'hot' as like previous orders, ours got to sit under warmer lamps until the other order was ready. The physical location of the restaurant and our building is not a long drive and plus there is a delivery charge anyway so why not just deliver mine then return for the other. My order was now cold and 25 minutes late when delivered. Not the drivers fault but the management. read more

Ordered food around the corner, had to wait two hours for it to show up while the girl on the phone lied repeatedly telling me the driver was about to pull up any moment. I like their burgers, but you never know what you are going to get. I stopped calling them after I received a bunch of bacon cheeseburgers for a party. We're huge fans of Femi's... the pizza has just the right ratio of everything, and they're alwasy willing to customize it to exactly what we want. We also love their wings and steaks.
