The owners Meaghan and Shane opened this in 2022 on York road and it's just a delightful experience. My favorite is the super chicken (I always order this) and for a drink the house paw paw soda it's made with the native fruit paw paw (do research on this it's amazing) that they make into a vinegary shrub with soda water. They are serving "real" kombucha - complete with all-natural effervescence - and every flavor truly impressed us. They range from superfood-forward classics like ginger and turmeric to fun seasonals like smoked pineapple to mind-blowing botanical mashups like hibiscus/mint/linden flower. They described them as "guzzleable," and let's just say we guzzled! They have an equally impressive lineup of house fermented veggies that are all unique.
