This is a nice spot to have a snack and coffee. So many places in Adelaide to do just that and I guess they all compete a little, but probably not quite as intensely as the way they do in this trendy end of the city where everyone wants to be the top spot for folk to have their drink and feed. I always enjoy Felici in the morning on the way in to the city. When I lived in the Norwood area and worked in the city I would indulge myself with a snack and call it breakfast along my way in, and usually it would be here. I fear it is becoming a little too trendy for me now. You'd be surprised at how the staff of most venues tend to give you less warm service once they have reached the critical mass of trendy customers, and you suddenly look old and too close to being a hippy to warrant much more than cold fish delivery of service. If you enjoy a nice coffee and a fresh snack I couldn't fault this place, but I would suggest you don't go in unless you look quite fresh and schmick; unless you enjoy challenging the status quo, in that case you may find a few amusing experiences to be had here. They can only raise their eyebrows so far before they start to look pretty ridiculous I reckon.

was looking for somewhere else Yelp sent me but it's already 30 degrees out & not 9am yet and still a few blocks away so... Felici by default & a happy decision it was! a lovely cool spacious haven with high ceilings, tables or a huge share bench, and music at a conversational level. Lovely staff let me order from the lunch menu & oh mama. $10 fava beans with tahini sauce, lashings of lemon, olice oil, diced tomato & onion with mountain bread HIT THE SPOT LIKE A MOFO. The magician/chef somehow made the toasted mountain bread stay in a cone shape so I could just spoon in the muddammas beans. I want it again for lunch. Fresh delicious middle eastern food and a really good coffee for under $15, yeehah.

The staff can be a bit rude and slow at times but they make up for it with the food! Fatteh is a MUST at any time of the day!

Best coffee that's within walking distance of my office. For that alone it gets 5 stars!

This was the best breakfast I've had here in Adelaide. Ordered the Pummelled Pumpkin- Basil pesto,…read moregrill asparagus, crispy kale, parmigiana reggiano, poached egg on dark rye. The composition of the dish was well balanced, multi-layered and aesthetically pleasing. We also tried the baked egg with scallops- very savory and hot! Well balanced with the creamy poached eggs and cauliflower purée at the bottom paired with the crunchy pangrattato and crispy bacon. Would definitely order again Delicious!! Their coffee is excellent - super smooth. We were lucky to sit upstairs at the bar seating and witnessed them roasting their own coffee beans. No wonder the coffee is so tasty. I just wish the serving size was bigger so I could have more haha.

The place was very light and airy. We sat on the ground level, but there is also an indoor balcony area and a couple outdoor tables. I was very happy with the bloody Mary, got a good depth of flavor and a moderate spicy level. I LOVED the whipped avo. It was basically a deconstructed avocado toast. The avo was so light and fluffy and tangy, absolutely amazing on its own, but then to pair it with the feta, pickled rhubarb and the beautiful artisan toast - I ate every last crumb and wished there were more.

What a great find! My friend, Mirella, brought me here a few days ago for a coffee and a shared…read moreorange polenta cake. Oh my!! Needless to say it has haunted my dreams since, so today after a hard workout my husband and I biked over for lunch. The first thing that strikes you while approaching from Kitchener Street is the lush, inviting covered wrap around porch; there is plentiful and adequately spaced tables located here (so as not to be forced to overhear unwanted convos). Next, upon entering this clean and tidy cottage you will notice three separate distinct seating areas: the main dining area, a smaller dining area tucked away by the kitchen and pastry counter, and a delightful and welcoming covered deck. We were promptly greeted by one of the friendly staff and seated straight away. Tap water, glasses, and menus were waiting at the table and after an appropriate amount of time our order was taken and special requests confirmed. This place is really busy but it seems well managed; the staff is very attentive without being intrusive. As we waited for our order we noticed the bustling and efficient staff who worked like a well oiled machine - dirty dishes were quickly removed from tables, additional carafes of tap water were dropped off without being asked for, and patrons seemed relaxed, very happy, and satisfied. By meals' end we, too, were among those happy people. My husband ordered a sandwich that I struggle to recall the name ;( it was a hearty sandwich made from perfectly toasted sourdough, grilled chicken breast meat, swiss cheese, garlic aioli, a mix of tender and flavourful greens, and crispy bacon. I ordered the smashed avocado with feta on the same delightfully prepared sourdough. It, too, came with a generous portion of greens. We could not be happier with our newfound neighbourhood brekkie place. AND there is a coffee loyalty card to boot!

You couldn't add Kale even though one dish had it and the outdoor area had a strong bad smell. Still the coffee was great and the juice and food was good. I can't tell you the number of coffee places I have been to in Adelaide that "close" at 5, but you can't get a coffee after 4:30 because the help are cleaning up to close. Here, the reply was a big grin and, "Sure mate-would you like anything else with that?" The barista then proceeded to make me a great latte (and obviously used equipment that had been cleaned for the evening shut down). I was attending a workshop around the corner and had had a long day-I was in desperate need of a good coffee. I can only describe my first visit here as like those RAA commercials where a knight in shining armour rescues you. I have since been back many times over the last three years and I have noticed that they always treat me the same-great coffee and cheerful service. Another thing I have noticed is that most of the employees have been there a long time too. I think that says a lot about an establishment. I know boutique coffee houses are popular (I like them anyway), but I am always happy to find a chain store that does a quality job. They are located in the lobby of the Calvary Wakefield Hospital and have extended hours. They've never failed me-I doubt they'll fail you. Oh, you can tell by my reviews, I drink a LOT of coffee....... Eat drink and be merry, but not too much. JD

I also find the prices not worth paying for the quality and quantity received. Great improvement is definitely needed, and soon!
