I recently dealt with Tom Kennedy at the Fair Lawn branch for purchasing Trex deck materials. My deck contractor's usual source for Trex was out of stock for two months or more. Tom was able to secure the necessary materials in less than a week. Delivery with their truck was on time and efficient. Communicating with Tom either in person, phone or email was always without any hassle. I highly recommend Kuiken.Very few businesses have this type of professionalism any more

You will not get sticker shock over what many others quote you at, he's local to Great Neck / Manhasset / Port Washington. If you tell him the budget, he can find the right balance of what you want and the right price. They did a retaining wall in one day. Demolition, dug way down and put in the right foundations and caps. Mid way, he checked in and we even made adjustments and he was able to make that happen. The quality of the material is top notch, the setting of the wall and the caps were perfectly level, and basically guarantees his work for decades because of how well he set the foundations

More Janet Ganio Wile 1 review a minute ago NEW I have never dealt with a more inconsiderate, unprofessional and unreliable company in my entire life! They fail to show up for appointments, there is no way to contact them via phone, as their answering machine is either full or will not take any messages, and they do not care that they do not show up for appointment day after day!!! I had a confirmed appointment with them yesterday morning, which they failed to show up for, and then when I contacted the owner at her home she rescheduled the appointment for this morning, less than 24 hours after we spoke, and again her husband failed to show up for the scheduled appointment. They have ruined day after day after day waiting for them. I had a quote to have the job done from another contractor on Long Island, but I am trying to deal local and give local contractors my business. This is not a company you want to deal with because they are absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Do not use them, unless you have nothing better to do with your time than be disrespected by inconsiderate unprofessional people.
