This location is tucked away in an industrial yard kind of situation, way out of the way. After going through no less than three gates on foot, I never even made it to whatever counter or "storefront" they were supposed to have out there, because I was informed by some worker that it closes at 2pm on Saturdays. It was 2:30. Had to leave without getting what I came for and exhausted and frustrated. Avoid unless you have a car or truck. Make sure they're open. Or just go to the Bowery, or a different store entirely.

Then they refused to remove the delivery fee when I complained. They added it on and did it knowingly without telling me, claiming only after I complained that the policy since the new year is free delivery over $500. Though I was told two days before ordering (well into the new year) that it was free over $300. I prefer to support local businesses but I would have saved a lot of money getting my materials at Home Depot

I will never shop there again and will discourage any one from shopping there!!

He spent a pretty long time with me and gave me a very detailed quote and several weeks later we ordered them. Since two pieces were very long, we had them delivered. Very satisfied. Eventually we ordered many cabinet handles, shutters, house numbers, crown molding , colonial window trim, Sheetrock, plywood and Azek beadboard molding. Much of that was also delivered. Still very satisfied. Here, I feel like if I ask a question, and the guy I'm asking isn't 100% sure, he's not going to BS me, he'll ask someone else. That's great service. Overall, their prices are pretty decent, too. I highly recommend them. And I hope I remember their names so I can go back and edit this.

They covered my floors with drop cloths, paid close attention to cabinets and appliances- not to damage them, installed counters seamlessly and then cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I wish all contractors I delt with were this great. Phenomenal job.
