I hired Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. in May of 2023. Rick came out to my property in May and completed the work. He made a mistake and and surveyed 5 acres and I only own 3 acres. I notified him of his mistake and two moths later (July 2023) Rick came back out to the property and completed the proper 3 acre survey. Since July of 2023, I have corresponded with Rick on several occasions. Each time we communicate he tells me that the survey map has been completed and will send it over. It's been 15 months and I still don't have the completed map. Last month (September 2024) I emailed Rick again and requested the map and a number to the San Bernardino County Recorders office to check the status of the record of survey. He has not replied to me since. I have also called him several times and he sends me to his voicemail. I've left messages and he does not call me back. Next step is to file a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and contact the San Bernardino County Recorders Office to verify if he has actually submitted the paperwork. If you want to deal with someone with bad communication skills hire Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. I have attached some of the emails correspondence with Rick.

I used this company for my residential home so I can properly fence my house. I couldn't be more…read moredisappointed. The lack of communication and professionalism is highly disappointing. I let Alyssa know that I was doing this to see if the fence is mine or not on my property,because I wanted to take it out. I was told it may take three weeks to get out. They ended up doing the job in about 2 weeks with no communication. Joe put up 4 corners on my property. Which honestly did me no good, I could not properly determine if the fence is mine or not. I paid $1200 and was told to "eye ball" the sticks to see if its mine or not. My property curves, so its ridiculous they would even say that. Also the stick is only about a foot above the ground and there are trees making it impossible to see the other side. I called and they said they would come out Tuesday in the afternoon to put a middle stake up. No one showed up and no communication. I called letting them know my disappointment. They eventually came out the next day without me there, my whole reason was to speak to Joe about the property lines. I cant tell you how upset I am with their whole process and lack of communication/professionalism.
