As obvious as it is, Jolanta, a lovely Polish woman, runs the salon. She offers waxing, massages, facials, pedicures, manicures and more. Up until recently, a 'Hollywood' wax was ONLY £12.50 (she calls it a 'more than' wax where EVERYTHING from down under is defuzzed). That price was an absolute bargain, but now it's £15 still not bad (in central London you can easily pay £STUPID so no one should begrudge it). Her massages are amazing her hands must have double the amount of muscles compared to an average person! It's so good, you can easily drop off to sleep; and the same goes for her facials. All in all it's a fabulous salon and Jolanta's very accommodating when it comes to appointments. The only negative I can think of is the salon's not open on a Sunday (she'd get a shed load of extra business if she had someone else working on a Sunday for her) but I guess giving up an hour on a Saturday is a small price to pay for great work in a relaxing setting at fair prices.

She then said that I had declined to have it assessed by her staff, when actually the UK went into lockdown preventing me from attending. After that she simply stopped replying!! SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was not given a refund even for the remaining unused treatments but do not want to return in case they damage my skin further.

Had a tear through injections and after a week there was still no improvement whatsoever, so booked in to go for a follow up to try and top up, but was told that they can only do this at extra charge and completely ignored the fact that the area was still very sunken and with not much improvement, meaning their initial service was unsatisfactory and needed fixing.. but despite the fact that virtually all the other salons offer top ups upon review with no extra charge for such fillers, this particular salon is simply after your money so don't expect them to offer any considerable aftercare, as that is not in their books.. very bad long term strategy, as this certainly doesn't help to land any customer loyalty in the long run as there's so many other places with much much better aftercare and genuine interest in providing results!

The salon I went to in Floral Street, Covent Garden was white, cyber-minimilistic and very funky. White walls, tiles, and an island of chrome chairs adjacent to mirrors, with a separate room for client's coats and bags. The customer bathroom is supreme - a basket of fresh towels, hand soaps and lotions, all divine. So, the haircut? Great, very edgy, if that's what you're into. They took a bit more off than I wanted but this may have been due to language barriers. They have a menu of complimentary drinks, biscuits, and the most amazing collection of magazines to read - especially if you enjoy glossy music and fashion mags! Lovely people, relaxing atmosphere and the little added extras made this a most enjoyable hairdressing experience.

I do not understand their pricing,it was £120.00 on the first visit just for colouring , on the second visit the colouring was only £49.00 and £70.00plus for the cut. I was looked after as soon as o walked through the door, I was seated down offrred refreshments and magazines, my stylist then came out and had a detailed chat about how I wanted my hair and reasuured me everything was going to be okay, off to have my hair washed and there I was in heaven with one of the best head massages i could of stayed there all day!! back to my seat I was asked if there was anything else I needed, I knew me and hair was going to be just fine, I walked out of the salon feeling beautifully refreshed with the best hair cut and blowdry ive ever had, thank you to all the staff at rush in bromley for top class customer service.

Well, you get what you pay for…read more This place is SUPER cheap (c. £18 for a long hair wash and cut) and you don't need to make an appointment so it's really convenient for someone like me who doesn't decide until the last minute to have a trim. You simply walk in and wait for your turn. I think my longest wait was 15 minutes, so not too bad. The hairdressers are people who probably just scrapped through hair school, but they get the job done, whilst bitching to each other about how much they hate their job If you can tolerate that, and the fact it's like a factory (you won't get more than 15 minutes spent on your hair!) than it's not too bad. Just don't go in for anything more than a trim, styling is a definate no no!! Just think of it as the Ryanair of hairdressing.
