We hired them to mow our front and back yard, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only was the work rushed and poorly done, but they also never completed the job. The quality was absolutely horrible - uneven mowing, patches missed, and no cleanup. To make matters worse, they pressured my partner to pay immediately, even though he wasn't present to inspect the work and knew it wasn't finished. They took advantage of the situation and collected payment for a job that was clearly incomplete and pre-charged me for the next cut (which was not agreed upon & my partner was not aware). We've reached out multiple times and received no effort to correct the issue. I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same mistake. Don't waste your money or your time - look elsewhere for reliable landscaping help. Pictures provided. Full transparency note: they did mention getting stung by bees, which is the business of landscaping in the summer. I would completely understand not finishing due to that but to charge for a full service with the job incomplete and charge for a future service is unacceptable.

He scheduled the work for the following week. He was prompt and very friendly. We needed our electrical circuit panel replaced and a new dining room chandelier installed. He ended up doing the light installation for free. The price was very reasonable. The only odd thing was he left partway through the job, saying he had to head to Lowe's for some parts. It was around lunchtime, so I said feel free to take a lunch break too. He said he'd just eat something quick in his truck, but then he didn't return for 2 hours. He said he ended up needing to stop off at his home for some task, but it would've been nice to get a phone call letting us know the change in his schedule. It worked out okay in the end. He did very good work and seems very honest and knowledgeable, so we highly recommend him and plan on using him again in the future.
