The builder on Helms Mill Road cut a lot of corners, so we opted to replace. John was able to show us houses he did, so you can see the different shingle types and colors. The owners I checked all recommended Roff and were very happy with the work The Roff team showed up at 7:30 and went right to work. Each employee knows their responsibilities and gets to it. They are an efficient, professional and respectful team. They moved and covered the furniture on my deck, treating my property like it was their own. They tear the roof down to the plywood. Your roof is then sealed, wrapped and shingled. They upgraded the ugly white PVC and cheaper venting with higher end products that match the color of your shingles. The roof looks beautiful. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I saw them walking behind our vinyl fence to make sure there was no roof paper left behind on my neighbor's property. They make sure your property looks exactly like it did before they showed up. They did the entire job in a single day. They do more than just roofs. I called Roff to get them to come take a look and to hire to fix it. It took several calls, missed appts, and reschedules to get John to come to even take a look, he said he would return with some guys to work on it. Since then, I have been completely ghosted by them. I've called probably 5 times since over the span of a few weeks, complete silence. Beware. They'll put an expensive roof on your home and then not help you out when a problem arises. Ended up with rocks in my pool, enough dirt in the pool that the filter has gotten clogged 3x and the pool is still cloudy. Burned all my hydrangeas with the chemicals they used. There are stains all over the siding and now pieces are coming off. When I brought this up to Joe , he first told me to wait for a storm to "wash it off", that's right, a storm to wash off what they did. Along the way we discovered a few minor and a few major issues (rotten wood, random electric wires where they shouldn't have been etc.), and they fixed everything without making price adjustments. One major issue was dealt with quickly and with a very fair price adjustment. All in all I am so happy to have found a fair and reliable contractor in our new city.
