I recently hired him again in January 2019 to paint my dining room, then in February, to paint my formal living room with vaulted ceiling, as well as my hallway, doors, trim and wainscoting (which he arranged for a colleague to install). Each job was completed quickly and professionally and Jerry is a very nice guy. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Final Touch Painting.

The two days that our house was being painted Jerry was not here only his employee. Jerry is completely rude and unprofessional. When it was time for payment he banged on my bedroom door. The day the paint job was finished they left, the walls were still wet of course. A few days later we notice the botched job that was done to our house. I texted Jerry Saturday night multiple pictures of the job. He read and did not reply. I told him i would file a complaint. He then, told me it was Saturday night and if i has an issue i could call Monday. First off, whenever Jerry and I spoke about the job and money it didn't matter what time of day it was! BUT because i had an issue now time mattered. He ended up blocking me and now we don't even want him in our home again. Jerry is classless, rude, and unprofessional! Go elsewhere!

I have had Dave, the owner of Perfect Painting, paint the exterior of my house on two occasions…read more(the fact I brought him back for a second paint job says a ton). I believe he did a professional, quality job both times at a fair price. The first paint job looked good for years and lasted well over 10 years (all you can reasonably expect). With the first painting, we had just completed an addition, so the job required painting both a new, fresh surface, as well as an 80 year old structure. Both times the crew prepared the house well. They sanded huge sections of the house, removing all the chipping as well as other faults of the old paint job. They were neat and environmentally conscience, using vacums with hoses attached to the sanders, working behind plastic sheeting and on top of drop clothes to contain the paint chips. The paint job itself was very professional. Dave also stands behind his work. I had some minor chipping that I thought was premature a few years after the second paint job. I called Dave and explained the problem. He came by and looked at the house. He stood behind his work and offered to touch up the area, simply asking that I be flexible with the timing (totally reasonable in my opinion - I offered he simply do it when he had a window of time). When the time came to do the touch up, he took a chip of paint off the house, went to the paint store to match the paint chip (we had the original color code/name, but Dave was cognizant of the fact that paint fades as it ages and is exposed to the elements - so the job required a slightly different tone to the color which the sample afforded him the opportunity to custom mix a paint to match the faded color) and then sent his crew over to prep and apply a fresh paint job to the area. The touched up area blended in very nicely with the existing paint job, so one could not tell the difference by color. This review comes from a guy that painted for a business in high school and college, after having been taught by my Dad how to do it right. I had many repeat customers due to the quality of my work. I also have run my own businesses over the years. Therefore, I think I have a fairly good idea of what to expect from both a business owner and a professional painter: I am happy to say that Dave delivered professionalism on both counts.

The dining room wallpaper had to be removed, and underneath it, the plaster was cracked, buckled and peeling. All our concerns were met by Olgers promise to take care of it and make it right. I have posted some pictures to show the hard work his team did in pur home. They were here a week, the wallpaper was peeled, walls scraped, washed, sanded and skim coated before they painted. They moved all the furniture and covered all the floors before they started the work. I am very impressed by there attention to detail and the daily cleanup at the end of the day. They swept up and carefully put their tools and paint away. Please note: Olger Fallas also provided the paint and supplies, I did not have to run to the store for anything. I must also mention that now I have the kitchen the way I always wanted it, nice, bright and well done. The previous contractor did an awful job. I definitely recommend Olger Fallas and his team.
