The worst of the worst. Horrible. I've never had a FedEx package arrive on time. Ever. My current order is 5 days late with a promise each day that I'll have it between 10 and 2. Due to a company that I regularly deal with I've had the displeasure of relying on FedEx dozens of times. One of the highlights was when I tested to see if they did any better delivering to a business rather than a residence. They did! Only two days late. I keep getting emails saying that delivery wasn't attempted for 3 days.. it was either a) just sitting in the warehouse or b) put on the truck and taken off every night and put back on, just to not be delivered. Drivers falsely mark packages as "failed to deliver" when they don't actually go down your street.

FedEx has lost their minds. I ordered a cross trainer from Teeter on Jan 13th. It was loaded on a Fedex trailer on the same day and FedEx would not acknowledge the freight until Jan 29th. After that they set the expected delivery date oh Feb 4th. They have now delayed the freight until Sunday the 6th. I doubt they will make that date as well. There is no way to get past their automated "i don't care" telephone robot to actually talk to a live person. The general attitude is "who me?" They have lost all care for customer service. Choose any other service to get your goods. UPS does a much better job. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. From now on when I order online I'm going to find out who they use to deliver first, if they say FedEx I will not be purchasing from them. FedEx has a large package at the Pooler location that was supposed to arrive two days ago and it keeps getting delayed. If I had a truck I would pick it up from them myself, but I paid for the delivery when I checked out. I'm remodeling my kitchen, so I need my package asap. I ate really fast and spent my lunch hour running over to this Fedex location to return a defective product I purchased online; the seller had provided me with a prepaid track by ing/ QR code. I waited 8 minutes before I ever saw anyone who works for FedEx, with two people's ahead of me and it took 20 minutes. But I didn't even get to ship my package. They would not accept the FedEx prepaid shipping I presented. I asked for a manager, who said I need to go to a FedEx office. I asked " you're a FedEx ship center, why do I have to do that." He replied " we are not a FedEx ship center, we are separate parts of the company." I left disgusted, after wasting my lunch hour, and turned around and looked up at the sign that's says "FedEx Ship Center." Was supposed to receive a package this past Monday and by the end of the day I got a text saying it was delayed due to operational issue. Yesterday got a text saying it was out for delivery. Again by end of day "delayed due to operational issue". Today, out for delivery again. At 6:34pm I get a text stating that at 6:23pm they tried to deliver it, but no one was home. Both my mother and I were here, with lights on and the tv going. So what the fudge? That is so obviously a blatant lie. I have been using them for the last four years for personal and business. I love my drivers and they are super helpful as well. I have never had any issues. The few damages that have come up with our business packages have been moved to their loss department and have been taken care of smoothly and without any issues. I always have a different drop off drivers but my pick up driver Chris is super friendly and always great with answering questions or coming back later if I'm not ready when he stops by for picks up. Plus they wear purple and who doesn't love purple. Lol read more

It was stated that it was delivered at 1:40PM on March 5, 2020 at my front door in Hinesville GA. I was sitting outside at that time and there was no fed ex vehicle in sight! Will never use fedex again. We had an order shipped from Hawaii that was supposed to be delivered today. Got a call from the center stating the address was undeliverable. The driver was right down the rd., gave the center the directions and he stated the driver was on his way. Driver never showed up. I called to see what the problem was and they opened up a help ticket. My mom called and they told her the package was back out for delivery. Here we are hours later, the center is closed, no delivery, and there wont be one until Tuesday because of the holiday. All the frozen food will be spoiled. I'm completely disappointed with this company. I've never had so many issues as I have with FedEx. I do a lot of online shopping and have had zero issues with every competitor of FedEx's, but FedEx seems to not want to deliver my packages to the correct house. My house is clearly marked, but consistently, packages go to a different house. I've reported non-delivered packages, in hopes that they'd figure out the issue. Nothing. I heard nothing from that report. I just chatted with some nice gal off of the FedEx Web site, from who knows where, and she had no idea how to help me. I asked for a direct number to where the delivery person's supervisor might be so I can file a complaint, but she had no numbers to give. My only option is to put a sign on my neighbor's house for the FedEx guy that he's at the wrong house. Sheesh, even teenager pizza delivery kids can find my house. I really wish I could say I'm done with this company, but unfortunately, places where I shop online use them as a delivery service with no option to change. I can certainly leave my review online for future potential customers, though, and I plan to notify the companies from which I buy products to let them know the issues with FedEx so they stop using them. read more

This 51 Nicholson Dr Station has to be the most disorganized location of all the FedEx locations. There is no way to call them except through Customer Service somewhere out west, and you can only to leave a message to have them call you back, but they never do. I left 3 different messages to leave a delivery at a different location because we were out of town. They just kept trying to deliver it to our house and leaving door tags telling us they were going to send the package back. The first time I asked them to drop it off at a local FedEx station close to our home and I would pick it up on our return. They just ignored that request even though I have a written confirmation of the request. Now I have to drive 22 miles to this Nicholson location and be hopeful that they kept the package there. Failed to place it on the right truck, failed to call that truck back, failed to place on another truck to meet up with the main truck or even deliver it just to meet the standards for Fred Smith your CEO of FedEx. You even failed shipment of the standard overnight. This is not a delayed shipment, weather related, or lost. This is complacency at its best, and it now has the results fall on me the customer. I called a second time and I have gone through 4 pass throughs, over 40 minutes before someone saying my package was not on a truck and that it was at the facility. BINGO it has been found. Now why has it not been placed out for shipment? I will answer, because you don't care. I know this because I get answers like, the station is busy, or the station said they would respond to the complaint being filed within 24 hours. Oh, and thank you for scanning my package 12 hours and 52 minutes later, or shall I say 3 minutes before closing so you don't have to actually ship it out. Thank you for letting all of Fedex know that it sat there all day. I love paying for boxes to sit in one spot. I have an up and coming business and I was suppose o receive some packages for two days now, on Thursday the 23rd of May was suppose to be the original day of delivery, I was at my store waiting for the driver, they went by my place, not once, not twice but three times. I was outside trying to flag them down, they didn't even look my way. I hoping that they would come back around again, checked the tracking number on FedEx's site only to find that the driver was already back to Port Wentworth Ga., at 6 ;30 pm. We called and the operator stated that they package was not able to be delivered to my location and said it will be delivered on Friday the 24th by the end of the day. Well it's Friday the 24th and yet again no package! We called and said that the store was closed, no we were there from 7:45am to 8pm today's date, called and they said that because of the laws that the drivers can only spend so much on their route, they have to go back to the fedex building. We asked Troy who answered the phone who told them that we were closed, he never did answer our question, but he said that they have long routes, well if this is the case, then cut the route in half so all the deliveries can b made because I am one of the last drop off points. FedEx shipping has gone down quickly! Used to be top notch and had no issues with them whatsoever, but now, I could receive my package from a turtle crawling cross country before I could from them. This has happened on numerous occasions here recently. Currently, I have a package that was scheduled for delivery yesterday. Tracking said it was on the vehicle and out for delivery. It never arrived. They sent it back to the facility. Same thing happened today. My package was placed on a truck out for delivery, and it is now 9pm and still no package. When I called they stated it was back at the facility. If you can't do your job and deliver then find another job. I would be fired for less at my job. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I can see one time happening, but twice in a row and on separate occasions. Last time this happened, my previous package (which was completely different than this one) never arrived. I even tried having it sent to a drop off location and still never got it. Said the new location was approved and would be delivered there. After the Hurricane Doran, Fedex came out to my home to deliver a long waited package over two weeks. They did not ring the doorbell nor knock on my door. I came out my garage to leave for work and see a Package Status Door Tag on my door. With the same day date and just about 5 minutes give or take from the time I opened my garage. I have a one story home with a loud doorbell. I know they just left the tag and left. Then someone was suppose to come out the next day. I waited did not go any where. No one ever showed up. I go to check the status to see when they bring it back out. They have unable to deliver. Which was a complete lie. I was home both days and no one knocked nor ring my doorbell. I never liked Fedex always something wrong either packages are damaged or they never deliver. Lazy people in that Savannah branch.
