I emailed back and forth with owners Robert and Angela to narrow down specifics, and they were helpful and prompt with each response. I received email reminders leading up to our move, and a phone call the morning of our move when the truck was 15 minutes out. Robert and Robert (or Rob and Bert!) arrived right on time and ready to work. They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. We would definitely hire A&R Moving Solutions again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services in Greater Nashville.

The packing was done on a different day than the moving. On packing day, two gentlemen showed up, stayed for a little under two hours, packed less than a dozen boxes, and said what they didn't pack would be OK to take as-is, and left. That delightful experience put me back $500. On moving day, the movers showed up late morning, announced that the job would take them six hours tops, and then proceeded to move as slow as humanly possible getting the truck loaded, all the while complaining about how poor the packing was, how the lack of adequate packing was slowing down the job, arguing about having to load things that were included on the quote, complaining about how they needed a bigger truck, etc., etc. Upon leaving they did about half the job that was asked for the full $1100. So here I am, $1600 poorer, still not moved and renting a U-Haul to finish the job myself. This company used to be good, but I won't be using them anymore. Thanks for nothing.

Thankfully, Two Men and a Truck made my last move (and hopefully truly the last for a while) as pleasant as moving can possibly be. I moved from the West side of Nashville to the East side and scheduling the appointment was very easy (and I appreciated that they gave me a very specific arrival time). The staff was very friendly, they worked quickly and all said, our move out of our old house and into our new house took less than 4 hours. They came exactly when they said they would and all of our items arrived without injury. I had a horrible, horrible experience with my previous movers so I was really happy that this move was headache-free.

I have to admit that I never thought that I would be renting a storage unit but between the…read morerenovations of my home and all the excess marketing materials for my job and projects, I needed one fast or my loft was going to resemble an episode of hoarders. I chose this location due to the close proximity to my home and overall convenience. I became a bit frustrated when I initially called in for some information on pricing and availability of units, the lady who answered was friendly but I never received a call back from the manager as she promised. Since I needed a unit immediately, I popped by the office a few days later and was offered great customer service, clear information on pricing and policies, and made a $10 deposit on a 10X10 unit. I pay around $115 for a 3rd floor unit (no heating/ac) which also allows for package and shipment deliveries and access to the facility from 9am - 9pm. If you opt to pay another $10 a month, you can have access for 24/7 too. The nice thing about this place is you don't have to commit to any complicated contracts as it is billed monthly. Easy breezy! You pay a $25 administrative fee when you commit to renting but this also includes a lock with 3 sets of keys. Overall, this location appears safe and accommodating which are pretty much my basic requirements for a storage unit. TIP: They sell boxes here. Oodles of them. TIP: Check out their website for any special promotions or deals! I was able to save $5 a month due to doing a little research! Every dollar counts, right?

I like that it is controlled access for both in and out, and each building has flat hand trucks for your use at the entrances. A nice thoughtful touch.

As well, not 1 item was broken, all of our home goods arrived to Fripp Island, SC as if they were hand delivered!!
