I left a review on them as well if you are curious as to why. But as for Just In Time, they were fantastic! They sent a crew of two to help unload my moving truck full of my belongings. Unfortunately, I don't recall the names of the two guys, but they were more than up for the task. They got me unpacked in just under the estimated two hour window without any issue. I am moving again in a few months and I will be calling them directly this time. I would highly recommend this company. Their communication was great, and the service they provided was even better. Don't call SML, call Just In Time directly, you'll be happy that you did.

The table was already known to be fragile, but it was not handled with the care it required. A chipped mirror piece was left behind, which was disappointing. While they did bring proper equipment, it wasn't used as effectively as it should have been to protect the furniture. They may be fine for basic moves, but I would not trust them with delicate or high-value items.

They got most of our boxes to the correct rooms and were respectful of our furniture and home. The price definitely seemed fair for moving rates these days. My one complaint is that the crew seemed a little young and inexperienced. We had a couch we wanted to take upstairs and they just decided it wasn't going to fit and left it downstairs. My husband has measured now and it definitely will fit and now we're left to try to figure out how to get it upstairs on our own. More experienced movers will have measured before just giving up on the job. Otherwise they did a good job and we were happy with their service.

I hired Murfeesboro Movers to move a huge job, I chose Murfeesboro Movers because that's who I felt comfortable with reading all the reviews. I had no idea that Murfeesboro Movers use other companies to help when they are short handed and they hired guys from Faith Movers (which I did not want to use and had no idea that's who was coming to the job) They show up and I should've known when the main guy got snippy with me when he showed up 15 min late and said, "he had been trying to call me for 15 min!" Ummm no sir, "I've been sitting here and my phone hasn't rang not one time (as I'm showing him my phone! Why did he do this, because Murfreesboro Movers charges based on every 30 min after a certain time frame so that's how he geta paid too They get to our home and we have a steep driveway so they had to unload at the street which made it for a longer day (which is why I tipped them $700) During the move I asked them several times to "please walk on the plastic on the flooring as it's a brand new home!" The main guy said," my job isn't to make sure your carpet stays clean it's to get your items moved in!" They trashed several areas of our brand new carpet with their muddy shoes! Right then I should've told them to leave but it's kinda hard when we are at their mercy with our items and several trips to go, there were many times he would talk down to me and threaten to quit the job! The main guy even made several references to not giving him a bad review, well sir had you not told me you had your own moving company I wouldn't had known! Fast forward a month later when we got our garage organized somewhat we realized our 6ft ladder, a brand new chainsaw in the box and our generator were all missing! I called Murfreesboro Movers with no help or reimbursement for anything from them because we didn't file a claim in their timeframe.
