Two very busy but nice and smiley employees offered to copy my paper for me in their copier rather than me even begin making copies on their self-serve copier. What a nice offer! Yes, please! He says that because my elderly father and my trust receive mail, now my wife can't get mail and my 8 & 10 year old children are no longer allowed to receive birthday cards from their grandparents unless we buy an additional box at over $450 per year! (Even though my children are formally registered with USPS to receive mail here.) While in absolute shock, with my chin on the floor, he tells me that if I don't like it, I can take my business elsewhere. Meanwhile, since they took over, mail and packages are constantly lost or given to the wrong person, they regularly close early leaving customers and delivery drivers standing outside, and they jacked up the prices more than double.
