The worst delivery service. One star too many. Can't go pick up your package from a location which they claim you can but if you ask "customer service" they'll say you can't unless you miss 3 delivery attempts. I don't know how you would go about getting it anyways because they "can't confirm the FedEx location address" how tf you supposed to have pickup options then?! My package is an hour away but I gotta wait 2 more days. I swear to God I wish businesses would let us choose who's shipping our packages. FedEx can go fuck themselves. read more

FedEx driver (Van # 248289 Plate# 49A SAB) parked in handicap parking at Dollar General on 11151 W. Beaver St. Jacksonville, Florida at approximately 6:24 pm to pick up boxes there. I asked the driver if she was handicapped and she stated "No, the space was the closest to the door." My wife watched her pull into the space, stare at the sign, look around and get out of her FedEx van. The reason I posted this is because after she took the handicap spot, a handicapped customer pulled into the parking lot and had to park across the lot due to the space being occupied by FedEx. I called FedEx and advised them that they delivered my package at the wrong address! They were just saying there is nothing I can do & I talked to a manage. They said the same thing too! I provided both tracking numbers and advise them to look at the pictures of the doors that their driver took! It's completely 2 different places! I rate you a 0. Ive been getting my c pap supplies by fedex for the last 5 years. I ordered it tracking number 281706039463. I keft my house at 2:20 pm. When i came home at 3:30 pm. Igot email stating my package was deliveried at 2:39 pm but i had no package. I went around to 5 other buildings looking to see if my package was put on wrong doorstep but none. I then tried for 3 hours to contact you guys about my package and i get a fu@@k computer that answers the phone. everytime I have a large package that has to come through this location it's lost, damaged, and/or delayed. Once again they lost another package. They have no idea what they are doing at FedEx in general. It was scheduled for Monday 7/17/2023. It arrived ahead of schedule. Save there all day thursday. Got lost Friday. Pushed back to Monday. Monday no delivery. Their website says no attempt made. I called FedEx customer support and I said I will go there an dpick it up my damn self. However I can't because they don't know if its there or not. Just hoping it shows up somewhere. UPS, USPS, Amazon, local deliveries can figure it out, but not FedEx. In mid January I threatened to call the attorney general's office. the next day they texted a picture of the "lost" clubs, and I received them two months late. I was denied any remuneration. Neither myself nor the other customer were sure where to place our packages until we had to ask the woman outside. Never received a receipt but at least my package will be mailed. I have the most trouble with having almost every pkg I get that's delivered by this company. I live in Jacksonville not sure where it comes from. They loose my pkgs repeatedly. they lost two boxes of chips from WV that's only made in that state. they've lost literally lost a pair of sneakers a they've never been found. I order from Sans club my detergent cause it's on sale an this is second time that it's been here from Georgia to Jacksonville an then notify me it's out for delivery an end up in another state. today the driver came down our dead end street we are the only two houses on this street clear at end. he pulls in turns around then proceeds to back out all way up the street. my husband is out there waving his arms at him he looks at him an continues to back all the way out an leaves. I call customer service what a joke a run around telling me it's not lost it's on another truck. I asked why was he down our street then. it's because it's heavy boxes he didn't wanna carry? I said this happens way too many times. he then tells me it be here Wednesday an I said what do I do when it doesn't show Wednesday he tells me to call back. I'm like for what you guys do this all the time. we had microwave delivered an he just drops it on the floor of the truck right in front of us an didn't know we were there. the door was then knocked off balance an doesn't want to shut. if I get this I will never order anything from any company that uses this place for delivery. they are ridiculous an don't do right an just make excuses. read more

I wish that I could submit less than one star for this location, or FedEx as a whole. My expensive packages got beat down and torn up while this station held my packages hostage for weeks. They kept promising me they would deliver before 4:30 for several days only to mark the packages as "business closed, no attempt" every single day, despite the packages' destination being a residential HOUSE, without a signature being needed. I have had 12 items in the last 2 months destroyed by fedex and they would not reimburse me for damages that was even shown in photos given to their resolution team. So if you plan to ship anything or receive anything from the Jacksonville FedEx Express station, think again. They will most likely damage it. Even FedEx Ground handles packages better than these people. It's sad that I now have to open a case for small claims court against FedEx. read more

If you use FexEx to ship your packages daily, more power to you. When I order an item and see that there is a FedEX tracking ID... I cringe a little. My latest experience was pretty terrible, not much difference from other experience though. The driver decided to walk up to my door, rang the bell, stuck a note on my door and immediately walked back to his truck. Not because the shipper opted for that but rather a personal decision from the driver. He could have simply place the package in front of my door just like 100% of packages that does not need a signature. FedEx customer service was not much of any help either, via phone and email. I was told that if the driver deems the area "not safe" they will not leave the package, what BS. I never have these personal decisions made by drivers when I get packages from UPS or USPS. Trust me, if I'm shipping a package, it won't be using FedEx so the receiver will not have to deal with the same issue. By the way, since the package was supposed to be delivered on Friday and the driver decided to not leave the package, this is where you go to pick it up in Jacksonville. Otherwise wait for them to redeliver on Monday, if you have someone home to sign for it, or if the driver deems it to be safe to drop the package off. read more

Can't email them to have them print a label for you that doesn't even get attached to the package. No these morons need a piece of paper to scan to print the label. Can't scan on a phone. Twice during the past month Fedex ground delivered two products, on two separate occasions, and left them in front of my porch exposed to the elements and anyone passing by on the roadway. A couple steps more and they could have been placed beside the porch and out of sight to passersby. One was a Vizio LED 50" television. Right in front of my steps in a bright yellow box with VIZIO clearly spelled out on the side of it. The second was an electric lawnmower (tried to pickup from store, not allowed) in a bright green box, again left in front of my steps, clearly visible. Don't know which location this came from so I'm laying blame on both locations. It's a company-wide lack of respect for the customer and their purchase. I was home, there was no knock on the door; notice of delivery came thirty minutes later as a text to my phone. Lucky for me they were still there when I checked to bring them in. Seeing everyone else complaining with very few positive results speaks volumes as to this company's work ethics...none. Wonder how vendors will respond when I demand they NOT use Fedex to ship my order or I will cancel. Worth a try. read more

I could not be more disheartened with FedEx than I am now. I placed an order with ABC Liquors in Jacksonville, FL to be delivered to an address in Orange Park, FL (a 65 acre retirement home) and was told by FedEx that the address was invalid. They attempted to redeliver and still were not successful. The second time I was told by FedEx that it would be delivered by 5 pm Friday. The driver never showed or called!! ABC told me they were getting numerous complaints about FedEx with bad experiences. I suggest not using FedEx until they get their act together!! read more

Another delivery left without proper protection from the elements, package left in the rain and the box is ruined. A Christmas gift that this joke of a delivery service ruined. The only delivery service worse than fedex is the U.S. postal service, and the only reason the postal service is worse is because they constantly miss deliver not only packages but the mail too. read more

Absolutely no sense of urgency. My package could not be left at my door because the shipper wanted not only a signature, but positive ID. So, the driver put a tag on my door saying that the package would be ready for pickup at this location at 7:30pm. Never mind this place is out in BFE, but when I arrive at 7:50 the driver wasn't even back from her route yet. Fortunately, after waiting another 15 minutes, I finally got the package to start the trip home. I understand falling behind schedule, but I was naive to think FedEx would be professional enough to add some padding into my already very late pick up time so that my darn package was there when they promised. If I could give them a "0" I would. I was given 3 different stories on when my package was attempted for delivery. When I called all 3 times I was once called a liar, once told I was being unreasonable, and one told me there was nothing I can do and I wanted my package I would have to drive the 45 minutes that the center it was at or it would be sent back to the sender. I was only given a door tag on apparently the last attempt, but the previous two attempts apparently did not warrant notification and no where was I notified that this was the last attempt, so how was I supposed to know?! And the previous two attempts were supposedly at times when I was home! So how, with a dog and a door bell did I miss the package twice?? Awful customer service. At least hear the customer's side before calling him/her a liar. Or at the very LEAST get your own stories straight. read more

Thursday January 19 I mailed a box destined Tampa with marine parts that was left behind from a motor purchased locally. The Fed X employee gave me a price of 20.00 and telling me Fed X ground says it will be there Friday, or 74.00 for guaranteed delivery Saturday by 430 pm. I took the 20.00 option and they were spot on, it was delivered at 2 pm, and I shipped it at 1 pm the prior day, you cannot beat dependable service like that 23 hours total. Thanks Fed X, this had to happen or the plans to fish would not happen Saturday. read more

this is the 2nd time in 2 months that i was to receive something delvered by fedex. i have been home both times waiting for the delivery and both times they posted a note on my door rather than knock. what gives??? now i have to go out of my way to pick this item up when i needed it during the day, duh!! that is exactly why i stayed home to receive it. next time i'll ask them to send it by carrier pigeon lol it would be a lot quicker. read more
