I tried to call the actual ship center to complain, but of course that is impossible because everything is automated now and AI doesn't recognize your stating that you want to speak with a human. One star because my home is on the corner, the address is Avenue, but my garage is on the side of the house which is a different street. The deliver woman put my package next to the house, driveway side. The only reason I knew it was there is because my ring went off. If I hadn't known that the package was dropped off there, one of the many two-legged animals roaming the streets of Huntington could have walked off with the package. I have been waiting for a heater to be delivered because of how cold it is, and it has been out for delivery for 3 day, I have no local number to call except the 800 number that has been outsourced to a foreign country, and the only thing they can see is exactly what I can, they cannot get me to a supervisor, the location nothing. My package was supposed to be delivered saturday, so come monday it showed out for delivery, we watched and waited(and a good thing we did)the driver Maleet posted a picture that i recognized as my neighbors drive way, at the top of a hill at least 80 feet from their house, in the snow, i got in my car and went to get it. Then i see Maleet parked up the street so i told him he needed to go get the package and bring it to my house. He agreed and drove off never to be seen again. Had a package that tracking said it would be delivered on the 1st. Everyday it says it's been out for delivery but goes back to the facility every day. Tried to call to see what the deal is with this package and you can only speak to a robot that hangs up on you that gives you the same exact information I have. Terrible customer service. Stopped by today to send off some luggage for a friend that had some delays in her travel and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. There were many people there but she was able to provide excellent customer service to everyone. The location is very convenient, especially for those arriving or leaving from the airport. I do wish there was another Fedex nearby but this one was great. read more

10 minutes from my house have a package for three days they can't seem to get it here don't know how they stay in business

Paid over $100 for overnight shipping on a package and after being 3 days late all due to Fedex not the shipper. I still can't get them to deliver my package. All this due to the driver not wanting to drive out my roads. They have been supposed to call me back with info so I an try to go meet the driver for over an hour now and still nothing. Overall opinion is that they are about worthless at this location. read more

The service from this place sucks...plain and simple. I had two items scheduled to be delivered today...the tracking status on site showed that they attempted delivery but "no one was home or business closed". This is crap, because my wife was home ALL DAY, and the indoor dogs would have alerted her if someone had knocked on the door. They were NEVER at the house. This is the second time with this type problem with FedEx. Now I have to wait the weekend for a Monday attempted delivery...or drive to the facility and personally pick them up...I am leaning to this option. I do NOT trust the incompetent driver(s) to supposedly attempt another delivery. I will say this...this was shipped by Hewlett Packard, at their expense.
