We came in hoping it wouldn't take too long to do what was needed, aka send things, accept things, sign things, etc. The staff was great. And patient. The problem was that people kept filing into the store by the minute. And each customer had way more than a minute's worth of work. So the BF sent me to the liquor store to kill two birds with one stone and calm down. He was done within 45 minutes. But still, that is a long time to be in the UPS Store. The crazy in front of him needed like 10 packages wrapped. Again, the staff here is knowledgeable and patient, but they have a lot to deal with. I did see the manager running around like crazy. I wish they offered appointment times as I feel like that may ease the amount of people filing in at a single moment.

We live thousands of miles away and could think of no other way to send our remembrances home. The packing jobs were horrible. Little bubble wrap. No peanuts. No chance of surviving. Why do I say this? My UPS driver asked me to photograph the damaged box and the damaged contents. He had worked in a Brown Store prior and understood packing. He told me the package was oversized to create increased fee. Little to no wrapping. He helped me file a claim with UPS and within a day I was refunded 100% packing and shipping fees. The young staff at the Huntington Store were overwhelmed at the size of our shipments. They were clueless in service. My brothers had smashed chairs, vases, and frames. They will file with UPS as well for all costs back.

I needed to simply go in and print a document from my email. This turned into a 45 minute disaster…read more I tried to log into the wifi for the store. This required logging on via a webpage. Apparently, they hadn't serviced this website since 2009 since my browser refused the outdated certificate. I couldn't log into my email to print what I needed because my browser refused to connect me to their wifi. The person working the register told me to use my phone to send the document to their printer. This didn't work either. Apparently, for whatever reason, the store email rejects emails. Now, maybe I could give them some slack since people don't really use wifi anymore- but if you can't do it using your phone, it's really too much. I wasted around 45 minutes in futility just trying to print one document. Meanwhile, I'd just came back from working a 13 hour shift and I had a turkey thawing on my kitchen counter. The last thing I needed was to contend with outdated infrastructure in the store, combined with snotty staff who did precious little to help. Whatever. I'm not going back there.

Negative 5 stars…read more Twice now my package has gone "Out for Delivery" from this office -- October 1 and again October 3 -- and both times it was scanned back at the Tollesboro facility the same morning without ever being delivered. And every time it gets sent back there, it has to travel back through Charleston, WV and Huntington, WV just to return to my local Catlettsburg office, adding days each time. The delivery date keeps moving, and USPS's own complaint form won't take a report because of it. Still no package, no explanation.
