This is the first review I have ever posted, if that says anything about the level of dissatisfaction I had with this experience. I came in to ship a guitar case and already had a pre paid shipping label, all I needed was a box to ship. Trenton the cashier who rang me up, and first telling me it would be $5.10 to print the pre-paid packing label. After initially shocked by that outrageous sticker price, I shouldn't have been surprised to see the rest. Trenton told me the total for a cardboard box, bubble wrap and tape, was $62.99 and $25.00 for labor!! I kept asking if I could just buy the box, and Trenton insisted they had to pack it. $99.73 for them to print a single shipping label, and provide a cardboard box for shipping. On top of the insane price gouging, the employee was incredibly rude and condescending. I ended up just paying like an idiot and borderline confused by the whole experience. Note to anyone headed there, go elsewhere for materials you may need and set your expectations very low. read more

As I opened the door, a cool blast of air-conditioning hits me in the face, carrying with it the smell of stale cardboard and sweat-stained khaki. Through the glare of overhead fluorescent lighting, I could barely make out the counter. "May I help you?" You ask, my uniformed hero, a soldier in khaki shorts and knee socks. I need to return a package to Amazon within forty-eight hours because, after printing out the shipping label, I have been driving around with it in the back of my car for a month. "No problem! Poor service all around! Continually deliver my packages to wrong address. Packages are half crushed. My Dad's present was delivered today. Box half crushed and the bag the item came in was busted. Letting half the contents leak out into the box. read more

First off, the service received was great, one on one service from the moment I stepped up to the counter. One reason for the three star rating was that I was charged $26.32 for a cardboard box to ship a laptop in for repair. My total bill to insure a laptop for $600, Cardboard box for laptop, and fragile shipping service came to $58.48, I should have serviced the laptop myself but chose to take advantage of the remaining warranty. Also, I wasn't ever told the price of the box until the order was totaled, that was a little sneaky, I had already written on the box some information requested by the warranty people so there was no taking the box back. Friendly service but be sure and ask how much things are when they politely offer them to you seeming that it isn't going to be much. read more

Excellent customer service and when it comes to pricing...you get what you pay for. I was so relieved when they offered a packaging service that met all the requirements of UPS. I ordered several items from Home Depot. According to the UPS they packages were delivered at 6:38 P.M. on December 28, 2016. I don't think so, so I called UPS and because they have a "contract" with Home Depot they couldn't tell me anything I needed to call Home Depot "however they were delivered to the correct address" according to the lady swallowing something as she spoke with me. So I called Home Depot, they were very nice and after 30 minutes more of my time and Home Depot speaking with UPS, I was told UPS would call me in 5 (five) minutes (that was at 9:30 p.m. 12-28-16) and again in the morning (it is now 3:05 p.m. 12-29-16) with no call from UPS. So I called Home Depot again at 2:51 p.m. 12-29-16 and they in turned called UPS and UPS said "THEY DID DELIVER THE PARCELS TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS)...so I really don't appreciate being called a liar, so I called UPS and spoke with and woman by the name of Lanita and I asked her where she was speaking to me from and she said "Las Vegas", I asked to speak to a supervisor but Ms. Lanita wouldn't allow me to do that she had to have the tracking numbers so I gave them to her and she got angry and told me" I gave them to her too fast and she was going to put me on hold until I calmed down" needless to say I hung up and called the 800 number again. This time I get a person by the name of "Ferph" so I asked where he is located and he tells me "over seas"...I tell him I want to speak with someone in America and he informs me that "they don't have access to connect me with someone in the good ole USA. Hmm, I thought that all companies that had call centers over seas had to transfer you to someone in the United States. Needless to say I am contacting the BBB. UPS is so incompetent that they can't even send the driver that delivered the packages to the wrong house to collect them and deliver them to the correct address.
