    The worst FedEx ship center in terms of getting your holds. They refuse to call into the back for a package that tracks as ready for pickup.

    Missed delivery of important package with no help to expedite shipping. Customer services is useless.

    On 11/24 I inquired and paid for delivery service from Crate and Barrel outlet…read more Was told my item would be picked up on 11/26 because C&B's policy requires pickup within 2 days, otherwise there would be a 20% penalty assessed On 11/26, I texted asking for confirmation my item was picked up. They confirmed. On 11/30, they said they would deliver my item on the next day, 12/1. ***Later on 11/30, I received a call from C&B with photo proof that my item had NOT been picked up, despite me asking and receiving confirmation on 11/26 (???)*** I then received an apology (no token reimbursement for the inconvenience) and promise that it would be picked up and delivered 12/3 or 12/4. This is in contrast with their policy that if *you* have to reschedule the delivery, you'd be charged a fee. 12/5, one day after the promised date, it was finally delivered (30 minutes before the agreed time window, when I was on a work call). There was, however, an imperfection I did not notice in my initial photos I took of the item at the store. (I completely understand I'm buying from an outlet, so I took my own photos of the condition before leaving the store). Mike insisted that the imperfection was there when they picked it up and that they took photos as proof. However, when I asked him to send over the proof, he refused citing "policy" and said he would share those photo proofs ONLY to C&B. Then I'd have to take it up with C&B. What is the logic behind this policy? ***If you're so eager to prove the damage wasn't caused by your crew, wouldn't you be rushing to send me those photo proofs?*** In fact, when I used other moving companies (Piece of Cake for example), they were so eager to point out right away scratches already on our furniture before moving them, to cover themselves. Of course in those situations we understood and appreciated them pointing this out. Regardless, I called C&B and even they said Gorilla's policy sounds absurd. And that Gorilla didn't reach out to them to share any photo proofs to then share with me. I texted Gorilla and have been ignored for a week. If you use them, pay with credit card to ensure you get proper buyer protection!

    I completely agree with the reviews before me. Thomas Palumberi SUCKS…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Thomas is by far the most irresponsible and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He claimed my apostille was "lost in the system," but when I asked for a simple screenshot as proof, he refused. Because of this incompetence, I wasted more than two extra weeks. When I requested even a 50% refund for the delay and the trouble, he completely ignored me. To make matters worse, he handed my FBI document to a Spanish-speaking translator, who produced a translation so poor it was practically unusable -- and they even managed to misspell my name. This is beyond careless. It shows a total lack of accountability and respect for clients. Save yourself the frustration and money -- stay far away from this company. I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

Then had the audacity to ignore my calls when I attempted to get the actual date of submissions so I could attempt to intercept it as it was being shipped to an address I was no longer receiving mail. Don't even think for a second to utilize Tom Thomas E. Palumberi. The only reason I learned of the delay was after requesting the tracking information for 6 days, it was provided and low in behold it was submitted 23 days after I submitted to Tom Thomas E. Palumberi. Please review my email chain in the photos attached to see for yourself. Quick update, Tom informed me that "He only has time to take calls for new business, and doesn't have time to provide me with the date he submitted my document" . A true coward and dirt bag.
