Robyn is incredibly professional and truly makes you feel like your meal is her number one priority. She worked with me to create a menu that would work for all guests, including one who was lactose intolerant / vegetarian. Upon arrival she went right to work and although multitasking kept the kitchen calm and inviting. We enjoyed watching her make fresh pasta while creating 4 additional recipes with ease. She has a lovely disposition and a passion for food that shines through. Now let's talk about the food. First off, each dish complimented each other. The ingredients were so fresh and pure that you could truly taste them all coming together with each bite. Nothing was swimming in sauce or overly salty - truly perfect. The homemade pasta reminded me of Italy and she made sure everything she uses is seasonal. The braised short ribs melted in your mouth. Ever been to a dinner party where everyone becomes incredibly quiet because the food is that good? It happened! We finished the night off with a vegan chocolate pie that left the group asking for the recipe. While we were enjoying everything, Robyn cleaned the kitchen and left it spotless. Everyone was floored by her food and I can honestly say it was talked about the entire time and will be for years to come. I feel thankful I found such a quality chef. Poor communication, transparently bad business practices, and disrespectful customer service…read morethroughout. I would strongly advise against working with Robyn's Kitchen--- I hired Robyn to cater my mother's 70th birthday dinner three months in advance. Because we were hosting a smaller event, it often felt like Robyn couldn't be bothered to respond to our messages. When we had unresolved questions with the chef originally assigned to us and reached back out to Robyn, she simply forwarded our email back to the chef without resolving the issue. About a month before the event, Robyn emailed to let us know the original chef was no longer working with her and assigned us a replacement. She provided no details about the new chef, leading to an extremely uncomfortable situation when he arrived: it turned out he wasn't even her employee, but an outside contractor helping her out because she was "overbooked" (his words). When we later reached out to ask how to finalize payment with him, Robyn replied very rudely, stating we had to work that out with him because she'd already told me he wasn't one of her chefs (she had not told me that initially). It was incredibly disappointing.

Yes, it's expensive but I don't think they skimp on any of their portions! 4oz always looks like 4oz, etc.. My favorites that I come back for are the LOBSTER FRITTERS, they are outstanding! The hot lobster roll and I also truly love, and their cold lobster roll with the citrus mayo. They have different selections of mayo for the cold rolls you can choose from... I believe there might be a truffle and then there's also classic mayo. Most rolls come with arugula on them which I don't opt for lettuce/greens on any of my rolls but I don't mind it here because it's just a touchhhhh of arugula They have a cute little shaded area you can sit in to eat your meal, although it's usually empty because most just take it to-go but my favorite is parking the car and eating it outside :)

The food was INCREDIBLE and the staff was very attentive to our guests' needs. With regards to food, we decided to make it non-traditional with stations and no formal sit downs. Our menu was an infusion of my favorite German/Dutch/NY foods with a Brazilian infusion (my husband is Brazilian). That said, we had stuffed pretzels, gourmet pizzas, a raw bar, and mini take-away burritos (a favorite midnight snack of ours, nonetheless). The appetizers or' pass arounds' consisted of Brazilian favorites like Cochinas. Our specialty drinks consisted of Aperol Spritz and Caiprirnha's. At one point, Chef Marco got creative and suggested we take the Dutch pancake potatoes and combine it with the Brazilian Feijoada, as an infusion of our cultures, and that tasted amazing. Insatiable eats not only cooked amazing food, but they brought forth their creativity, professionalism, and culinary expertise. Everyone had more than enough food and drinks! The staff was also very attentive and made sure all of our guests were happy. They were great with our rental set up and made sure it was up to par with the aesthetic vision we had in mind. They also had a friendly personality and were enjoyable to work with throughout the entire process. Lastly, I'll note that they donated all our leftovers to Citizens 4 Humanity "people helping people" feeding impoverished single mom families on Long Island. So it was wonderful to know that no food went to waste and our wedding brought the love to many others. We definitely picture ourselves keeping in touch and visiting their restaurant the next time we are in the Hamptons. And we'll of course recommend them to anyone!

The place has an unpleasant smell, everything is cruddy and it's only getting worse over the years. I know it's difficult to find help, but the folks working there seem unfriendly & don't really know what they're doing. The quality of food has declined, dried out rolls, poor quality mayonnaise. I don't think they are using Boar's Head or other quality cold cuts brands. They roast beef was well done, dry & gristly. The owner seems to be a nice guy. I hope he can improve the store.
