    Sat Dec 27 I dropped off box at Dimond UPS Store. I'm called back 1-2 hrs later. I was told the…read moredriver wouldn't take it because wt on label didn't match the actual weight. The front desk employee was professional. Came back and got it. Emailed and called the intended receiving company and explained my experience. They replied that UPS should have taken it. The intended receiver never experienced refusal before. The receiving company deals with UPS all over the country. Wed Dec 30 try dropping it off again. The front desk employee said driver won't take it. I ask to speak w driver. Driver came out front. I explained situation. No one knows wt until it's weighed at delivery. He didn't care. I asked his name Didn't want to give it to me. I asked for his supervisors name and #. He refused. I asked if he only drives for this shop. He said yes. I took box back to bring it to another UPS Fri as it's approaching closing time. Not enough time to get to other shop. Friday Jan 2, evening, I drop off box at Huffman UPS. No problem. I asked for contact info for filing complaint. Left name, Ph # and email w front desk employee. Never heard from anyone. I would think the owner/manager would care about their employees not preforming their job. Apparently not. Not a good business model.

    This isn't a complaint about the store. My complaint is about the heavy set (really didn't want to…read moreuse this description but I do not know his name) manager at this location. Every time I've come in he is rude, disregards your presence and doesn't even look at you or say hi. I'm a very cheerful person, so I always greet everyone and the times I've walked in and even greeted said manager, my mood completely changes as he is a negative energy. I feel it may be because of my ethnic background, because he greets everyone else who is Caucasian and sounds happy. If you don't like customers of all races then why work at a place that deals with diversity? If you don't like your job then why not work somewhere else? Never have I dealt with this kind of "manager." I stopped going to this location, because I don't have time to be greeted with negative energy. Please do better or better yet get a new manager who actually likes people!!

    As usual, I've paid top dollar for shipping, spoken to a thousand people, been told a million…read moreexcuses about why they fucked shit up and no one knows where my package is. I paid a gazillion dollars for book for a class that starts at 730 am. The driver who covers our neighborhood does this shit to us all the time. Everyone who lives in this neighborhood have little voodoo dolls that look like you. Your days are numbered... AS USUAL, since you didn't actually attempt enter our building and deliver the package, I had to call UPS. And, as usual, after multiple phone calls, I was sent on a wild goose chase. But since I needed the package immediately, i was instructed by the 1-800 number to the 6200 Lockheed address between 7pm and 9pm and my package would be rerouted there ... And guess what? Even though my NAME was on the list , my local driver has once again managed to fuck things up and my package wasn't there. Fuck me sideways dude, you really are the WORST.

This wouldn't be a good place to come with a bigass item and be all "HEY I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAIL THIS, CAN YOU HELP ME?!" They don't have a ton of supplies. What I'm saying is, this isn't a UPS store. This is the UPS processing facility with a tiny counter that's open from 12pm-6pm for pickups or for people in control of their lives to drop off packages. Only negative is that those hours are a bit too tight for me. I wish I had a 12pm-6pm job...
