Not the low cost leader, but open 24/7 and staff is helpful. I ship all my FedEx shipments here. They provide shipping tape and all the required forms for free. You can buy corrugated boxes and limited amounts of office supplies. Self serve fax and copiers including color copiers. Wifi available. read more

I make my returns every Saturday as that is the only time I can when I dont work. This past weekend I was behind someone in line and Tracy was helping them and she was beyond rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, whatever. I tried to be sweet and kill her with kindness but didn't say one word to me the entire transaction and instead rolled her eyes. I told her to have a great day and still no response. usually the staff are beyond amazing here but there's obviously missing coaching skills with this specific employee. read more

I come in here often to print and ship things for my Etsy business and have only had the most pleasant experiences with everyone! They are very sweet with my daughter and have gone out of their to accommodate me! read more

Would give a negative star review if I could. Front lady was extremely unpleasant, rude and unprofessional. Just wanted to know rates for mailing and she acted like she wanted nothing to do with me. Absolutely reprehensible behavior. What's even more troubling is that her name tag said she had been working for Fed Ex since 2006. Sad. read more

Terrible customer service. Very scared of everything in there. Telling you where to stand and not politely either. I will never go back. Way to expensive as well. Do not use read more

the single worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went in there to forward and print a very important document and asked the young lady "on" is her name for assistance but gave me none.. wasted 15 min trying to do it myself because she would absolutely not help me..I don't know if she's racist or i if she thought she was above me that she couldn't help me. I'll never come here again. I had to drive 30 min away to another place and they helped me and was printed in two min. read more

I've used them for YEARS but service just keeps getting worse. Unfriendly and unhelpful weekend staff. Asst Mgr Jeff is unengaged and doesn't care - and also doesn't know how much business I used to do with this office. Weekday folks like Carol and Tracy are great but I will NEVER come in on weekend again Look at LePrint for my jobs going forward read more

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - Shipping Centers Near Me - Bloomington, Illinois

I still call this place Kinko's. I even had a hat once that I mutilated in college with white out to say Kinky... oh those were the days. Being able to print my photos from a jump drive at two different kiosks in multiple sizes is awesome. Especially since I'm a master procrastinator and it allows me to put together last minute sentimental gifts without waiting for things to "develop". (how archaic.) Recently designed a custom travel journal for a vacation and of course procrastinated... showed up wicked late about 30 minutes before closing and the guy behind the counter was helpful and cheerful. He quickly printed a draft copy to make sure it was what i wanted and the pages turned out in the right order back to back. He was a wizard with with comp program so i was impressed. It was ready at 7:30am the next morning. Well done FedEx... and thanks for being so close to Qdoba that the smell wafts into the parking lot and I can't say no. Disclaimer: Prices are more expensive here than a local place like the Copy Shop (which I love!) but FedEx has better hours so if you're in a bind and don't mind paying for it, this is a great option. read more

I have been going there (Veterans Pkwy location) to pick up my packages for my business for many years. The lady at front is extremely rude and unprofessional. She never says hello or cracks a small smile. She is Misérable to talk to. She was very rude to my 22 year old daughter as well. This not acceptable. GET A NEW PERSON AT FRONT DESK Person. Other than this, it is coinvent to get your packages when your not going to be around. read more

Waited in line for 15 minutes before being served. Only two staff in the whole building working with 10+ customers. Nice facility, very poorly managed. read more

It is ridiculous that I have to come to yelp to have my voice heard, since the customer service support is AWFUL. I sent a package on April to Mexico, which got on hold from Customs because I needed a permit. Since I sent this through a Fedex office I was told by a customer service agent I could either get my package back or abandon it and get a refund, I chose to get a refund since I paid a lot to get it sent in 2 days. My refund never came and now when I call they tell me they can't make me a refund and my package was already lost, so I'm completely empty handed. Tracking 780641844530 read more

Tracy is a very rude employee. She had a very snarky attitude and rolled her eye multiple times. This location needs to learn what costumer service is. She was very pushy and did not offer any options. Stay away from here and her. read more

Once again, tried it and they could not follow through... UGH! I was alone in this facility...so, no distractions. Gave the manager my email address for my multiple shipments for tracking purposes. After no email, called to get tracking emails sent...could not do that either...UGHHHHH! Had to call the corporation customer service number....how hard was that? I give you my info...you give me the tracking. read more

I have always had a great experience when coming here. I usually either need to ship something or pick up a package and they're very helpful with both. It's a higher price point than the post office, but a heck of a lot easier. read more

Avoid at all costs! I went in here looking for some customer service and I was met by very rude employees who did not want to help me and preferred to chat instead! One of them made a sarcastic remark about me not "knowing how to do something easy". At that point I just stormed out. I can not believe how rude they were and based on other reviews that seems to be the norm. Don't go to this dump. read more

Absolutely terrible slow service. Waited nearly 20 minutes with two people in line. I will never come here again!!!!!!!! No sense of urgency from staff. Terrible. read more

I was almost afraid to go here again after glancing through some of these reviews, but I went in to make copies, needed assistance, and found Riley to be very cheerful and helpful. read more

Waited 22 minutes here to drop off an order for 2000 return address labels. Finally, the clerk asked me to write down the address. But then he wandered off and eventually began typesetting for another customer. I waited another 5 minutes but he never returned. I left; 27 minute wait was enough. Horrible customer service; not coming back. read more

Sales person was extremely rude. Store was close to closing time, but for some reason the fax machine wouldn't work. I needed to send a fax that night, but when I asked the sales associate why it wouldn't work she just said "I don't know, but ma'am you need to leave now, the store is closing." Never in my life have I been spoken to like that by a sales associate and for no apparent reason. I will not be back. read more

Very rude service. I was trying to send a one-page fax, and when I told them I could only use cash, I was met with rolling eyes and sighs. One, I've never used a fax machine before, so I would've needed help with the self-serve kiosk anyways, and two, because I was using cash they would have to take the extra minute and a half to do it behind the counter. Even the staff member checking me out afterwards was very rude. Will probably not be returning. Also, the location is in very strange place and can be difficult to reach from the main road. read more

Incredibly rule customer service. The employee takes it upon himself to open my taped my package, remove the packaging, and replaces it with a "better" box. Throughout this process he continually repeats "does that make sense?" in a demeaning manner. Absolutely astonishing how this man acquired a job. Will definitely not be returning to this location. read more

The current staff at the time of this writing are really good people!! They are friendly and take the time help you out.

Horrific rude customer service from the moment I walked in. Even though I greeted with a smile the clerk (Jennifer) immediately had a piss poor attitude. then sarcastically said that she was "doing a favor" for me by doing her job. Went back 2 days later and the same girl again had an attitude saying "we don't do that here". When I said yes you did it two days ago she said "I DID IT FOR YOU?" in a curt tone, while placing a hand on her chest as though I said something offensive. Horrible customer service, zero customer satisfaction at this store. Not only that, but every employee I witnessed is extremely slow and has very little idea about anything related to technology. Aside from the rude girl, I was refunded for another employees mistake, this employee acted mad I was being refunded and did not even offer me a refund I had to ask for it- again for HER mistake. In the end it took 1.5 hours to Resize and print out a passport size photo because no one knows what they're doing. Please don't go here for any picture/printing needs unless you know exactly what to do and don't need any assistance from employees. Actually don't go there at all... You will be met with rude employees who pretty much have no idea what they're doing. read more
