I make my returns every Saturday as that is the only time I can when I dont work. This past weekend I was behind someone in line and Tracy was helping them and she was beyond rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, whatever. I tried to be sweet and kill her with kindness but didn't say one word to me the entire transaction and instead rolled her eyes. I still call this place Kinko's. I even had a hat once that I mutilated in college with white out to say Kinky... oh those were the days. Being able to print my photos from a jump drive at two different kiosks in multiple sizes is awesome. Especially since I'm a master procrastinator and it allows me to put together last minute sentimental gifts without waiting for things to "develop". (how archaic.) Recently designed a custom travel journal for a vacation and of course procrastinated... showed up wicked late about 30 minutes before closing and the guy behind the counter was helpful and cheerful. He quickly printed a draft copy to make sure it was what i wanted and the pages turned out in the right order back to back. He was a wizard with with comp program so i was impressed. It was ready at 7:30am the next morning. Well done FedEx... and thanks for being so close to Qdoba that the smell wafts into the parking lot and I can't say no. Disclaimer: Prices are more expensive here than a local place like the Copy Shop (which I love!) but FedEx has better hours so if you're in a bind and don't mind paying for it, this is a great option. read more

I have been going there (Veterans Pkwy location) to pick up my packages for my business for many years. The lady at front is extremely rude and unprofessional. She never says hello or cracks a small smile. She is Misérable to talk to. She was very rude to my 22 year old daughter as well. This not acceptable. GET A NEW PERSON AT FRONT DESK Person. It is ridiculous that I have to come to yelp to have my voice heard, since the customer service support is AWFUL. I sent a package on April to Mexico, which got on hold from Customs because I needed a permit. Since I sent this through a Fedex office I was told by a customer service agent I could either get my package back or abandon it and get a refund, I chose to get a refund since I paid a lot to get it sent in 2 days. I needed to send a fax that night, but when I asked the sales associate why it wouldn't work she just said "I don't know, but ma'am you need to leave now, the store is closing." Very rude service. I was trying to send a one-page fax, and when I told them I could only use cash, I was met with rolling eyes and sighs. One, I've never used a fax machine before, so I would've needed help with the self-serve kiosk anyways, and two, because I was using cash they would have to take the extra minute and a half to do it behind the counter. Incredibly rule customer service. The employee takes it upon himself to open my taped my package, remove the packaging, and replaces it with a "better" box. Horrific rude customer service from the moment I walked in. Even though I greeted with a smile the clerk (Jennifer) immediately had a piss poor attitude. then sarcastically said that she was "doing a favor" for me by doing her job. Went back 2 days later and the same girl again had an attitude saying "we don't do that here". When I said yes you did it two days ago she said "I DID IT FOR YOU?" in a curt tone, while placing a hand on her chest as though I said something offensive. Horrible customer service, zero customer satisfaction at this store. Not only that, but every employee I witnessed is extremely slow and has very little idea about anything related to technology. Aside from the rude girl, I was refunded for another employees mistake, this employee acted mad I was being refunded and did not even offer me a refund I had to ask for it- again for HER mistake. In the end it took 1.5 hours to Resize and print out a passport size photo because no one knows what they're doing. Please don't go here for any picture/printing needs unless you know exactly what to do and don't need any assistance from employees. Actually don't go there at all...
