Which is the basis for all the negative reviews I see here -- asking staff to do things that are impossible and expecting them to comply without saying "no." And fwiw, the word "no" is not an act of rudeness; to someone who feels entitled to bend reality to their wishes, hearing the word "no" must be a terrible thing.
