Purposely left package at neighbors house because I talked to the driver and mentioned it and he knew exactly what house I was talking about when I asked him to get it and told him my address. Another time they claimed they attempted delivery but I have a ring camera and I was home and there was never an attempted delivery. I called Fedex and they usually seem to not care. That's the problem when a few companies control one industry. read more

I am expecting a very important package and all I want to now is the delivery time to my area. I don't have a tracking number and one cannot speak with a human. Where is the star? read more

Where to start? Oh yeah, don't use federal express. Beyond their failure to deliver, their phone reps actually lie. There is no other word for it. An occasional new hire might make a mistake but when we're told different stories, repeatedly and none of their promises are delivered on? At that point it is endemic through out their organization. I had ordered something and it was to be rush delivered. 2-4 days. It got to their facility in Indiana on time and then sat there for 2 weeks with no straight answer as to why or when it would be moved. Then it was moved to this area and sat. And then I was told-using the tracking # given that it was going to be delivered on Feb 28. It wasn't. Then we were told by 10:30 March 1. Then 'by end of day' march 1. It wasn't. Then it was 'no delivery scheduled.' I contacted the people form whom I had bought it from. They said they were told FEDX had tried to deliver it but no one was home. I work from home. My desk looks out the front window of my house. I hadn't seen a Fedex truck all week. so clearly they were lying about that. When I called Fedex on 3/3 they had no answer for this but asked would I like to pick it up? I said I'd paid for them to deliver it, unless they were going to return my money they could finish the job they were paid for. Then they said it would be scheduled for March 4. Want to guess if it was scheduled? This organization cannot be trusted to meet it's commitments. It cannot be trusted to carry out the work it was paid to do. It cannot be trusted to even tell you the truth about what they are doing. Notice a trend? read more

If I could give these lying SOBs a negative five I would. They keep saying that they attempted a delivery but no one was home. Liars...I was here, waiting for them. No door tag. I live a mile from these goons, I went over there and gave them directions to my place, but still......no delivery attempt. DO NOT USE FEDEX. Worst part is you can't email them, only get somebody talking fast on the phone from who knows where in an accent I can't understand. Twice now in two weeks for this attempted delivery shtick. Can't get a local number to call. I expect they'll screw me over yet again today. read more

Never delivered on time - never delivered without damage. WORST Shipping company out there - yes worse than USPS! Often times they mark packages delivered and "re-attempt" days later. Other times they deliver on a Sunday when in the system and on the label it says NO SUNDAY deliveries. They will abandoned packages who knows where and leave hundreds of dollars of merchandise left out in the rain un-covered. Different driver every day - that is IF you can spot the truck as it ditches and runs! Never checks to see if I have packages going out either. Worst delivery service without a doubt. Best part is customs wants duty fees for incoming packages they lose, damage and otherwise take MONTHS to deliver. Take those fees out of the thousands of damaged goods you never pay insurance on! GET F-ED FEDEX! read more

Delivery guy left a large box in my driveway in front of my garage. Package was for someone on a different street with different number address! Called to have it picked up, said they would come that day , never did. Called again next day- never came again!! This is why I don't use fed ex. read more

FedEx North Wales is absolutely the worst. I dread buying anything online shipping through them. They employ the laziest dumbest drivers they can find. read more

Fedex driver appeared on my Ring camera minutes ago, leaving the package in the middle of the driveway.!!!!!!! This is horrible!!! I called customer service to report this. read more

Driver from North Wales FedEx location never attempted to deliver, never leave the door tag , just send the info to the office , that nobody was available to sign for the package. And someone was at home all the time. read more

Horrible company. They don't deliver when they should. My package was expected for a delivery date on 11/5. The package was needed for my sisters wedding on Sunday 11/10. Still have not received the package. Wanted to pick up at the depot myself, but they tell me it is still on the truck so I cannot pick it up, I have to wait until Tuesday for delivery, because Monday is a holiday. By then my sister will be on her honeymoon. Thank you fedex for the timely delivery. read more

Three times consecutively they have delivered packages to some other place and send me a notice they were delivered. Either the drivers need better eyes or the management needs to be fired. read more

Probably one of the worst shipping experiences we've ever had. The driver left a door tag without making a real audible attempt to reach us and I know my wife was home. Then we both call at different times and are given different information. We're told we can maybe pick it up later if it will be delivered several days from then. I was also told the facility would call me back. They never did. I was also refused the number so I could contact them myself. In the end they did redeliver the next day though I had to wait all day to make sure it came. If you have he option I would choose a different delivery provider. read more

Absolutely horrible. Two weeks ago, I was waiting for a delivery and each day for three consecutive days, the website stated that it was on the truck for delivery. Finally, the fourth day it was delivered. Today, I waited the entire day at home because I was waiting for a perishable delivery. I checked the status of the delivery at 7:00 pm and it stated that "the driver attempted to delivered the package" at 6:24 pm. We have multiple security cameras at my home. Federal Express never came to my house. They never attempted to deliver the package. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes at this point. I will never again purchase from a vendor if that is there preferred method of shipping. read more

This fedex claims they delivered a package and you weren't there to claim it, when in reality I was waiting all damn day for that stupid fedex truck to come which it never did and it's my fault??? Stick to UPS people !!! read more

this rating should be in the Negative but 1 star is always the lowest. FedEx is the worst Delivery service... I wish there were stronger words to discribe how terrible they really are. I have been a 24 hour care giver for my Mother (who is in her Nineties) since Nov 2020. We rarely get out anymore and I cannot leave her for more than a half hour, so I order all of my non-perishables online, mostly through Vitacost. They use FedEx for Delivery (most of time), of which I have complained more than a Dozen times over the past 2 years. Every time I order jars (apple sauce, juices, etc) they are SMASHED in the DESTROYED boxes left on my front porch (left on my porch doesn't decribe it... it's more like DROPPED and wherever it lands that's delivered). I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF CLEANING UP THE MESS on my Front Porch (not only dig through the boxes to find the salvagable items, but then wash off the porch with a bucket of hot water). Then I HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES to PROVE to Vitacost THE CONDITION of the BOXES and ALL THE SMASHED BOTTLES that I need replaced!!! FedEx WILL NOT return the boxes and NO ONE will CLEAN UP THE MESS ON MY FRONT PORCH! I even caught the FedEx truck in front of my house delivering several times and one time it was the manager... he told me that it's not there fault and each company has insurance on the boxes delivered SO Call the Company and they will refund my money. Then this past time I actually saw the FedEx truck pull up, I video taped the Driver DROPPING the 1st box on my front porch, and while he went back to the truck to get the 2nd box, I ripped opened that 1st box and pulled out one of the plastic zip top bags with 2 SMASHED Glasses bottles of juice floating halfway up the bag... he looked at it and said "it's not my fault". I was livid and yelled at him to TAKE THESE BOXES AND RETURN THEM to Vitacost! He took them, put them back on the FedEx Truck and drove away (this was a Sunday). Monday afternoon, I went out for my mail and THERE WERE those 2 boxes sitting on my front porch (the one that I ripped open Sunday, was still ripped open) ... it's SO UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! BOTH Boxes had SMASHED Glass juice bottles in plastic bags! This is NOT THE FIRST TIME... this is a CONTINUAL thing with FedEx every-time I get fragile items delivered by them! A few times Vitacost used that new Delivery Service "Veho" and NOT ONE Damaged Box NOR WAS ANYTHING SMASHED UP in those boxes. Veho neatly placed & stacked them in the corner of my front porch. I don't understand WHY Vitacost continues to go back and use FedEx?????? read more

Fed Ex with delivery from North Wales is without a doubt the WORST delivery service around! First, I didn't get my package because they said my address didn't exist!!! THEN after talking to them and telling them that my address did exist, I gave them my phone number in case there was a problem. Today they said that no one was home and so they couldn't leave the package!!!!!! I WAS home waiting for the package AND it did NOT need a signature. If you have a choice, do NOT use Fed Ex!!!!! read more

This time yesterday I would have given zero stars...BUT, I was dealing with the toll free national 800 number operators. They were horrible, I missed two days of work waiting for a signature required package that the driver kept saying could not be delivered even though I WAS HOME! Finally, I tried calling the North Wales PA local office, got Anna Alise on the phone and all I can say is that she is a WONDER WOMAN! She identified who my driver would be, PERSONALLY handed him specific directions to my apartment and EVEN got an estimated time of arrival for me. My package arrived several hours ago. If I had NOT had Anna pick up the phone, I suspect I STILL would be sitting here waiting for my package. THANK YOU ANNA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

It has been a nightmare getting in touch with FedEx in North Wales and we have not received shipments as promised many times.

Thus facility needs to be overhauled. I had a package purchased through Amazon prime with a guaranteed delivery of 7/6 sand it was rather heavy. They just didnt deliver it. I needed it that day. How can a driver just decide they arent delivering a package. They never updated the tracking until the fed ex office closed so I had no way if knowing it was never even put on the truck. Horrible read more

FedEx is the worst shipping company in the world. They claim they tried to make a delivery for a package that needed a signature. I was home all day waiting for the package;and at the time they claimed to have attempted the deliver I was in front of my house, they didn't even leave a tag. I own a company and have stopped using FedEx. They wanted me to waste another day waiting for them to deliver. That will never happen. Even their customer service is worthless. They don't even publish their depot's telephone numbers. What does this tell you. read more
