Wish I could give ZERO stars. Start with a driver named Humberto sitting in front of my condo for 5 minutes then driving away without making an effort to deliver my package. Then Customer Service (???) saying I'd have to wait till the next day for the delivery. I redirected my package to a FedEx delivery site. Status said out for delivery by end of day. That never happened. Their Facebook Messenger reps gave me conflicting info and never paid attention to what was documented on the thread. No FedEx contact info was available. Published corporate emails were invalid for the CEO and General Counsel. Just disingenuous and totally inept. Will never, ever use them again! read more

I would have given a zero but it's not an option. I had the most horrible experience with Fed Ex and trying to have a package delivered to my address. The driver was untruthful and said that it was the wrong address so I haven't been able to get my package delivered and was also denied the right to pick up at the facility. I had to prove to them that it was indeed the correct address because I received my other package shipped via FedEx to this same exact address before they would even act on my behalf. Package should have been delivered Thursday and was not and has been a nightmare trying to get someone to believe me that it was the correct address on my package. I have an event planned for this evening and now they are saying they will deliver it on Sat which is 2 days later and too late for what I needed my package for this evening. I received little to no resolve and was lied to several times about my package being delivered Thursday Eve and then Friday morning. Neither happened! My husband lost wages at work, we have been on the phone nonstop since yesterday and it's been beyond stressful. A driver should not have been able to lie about my address and cause a 2 day delay while my package just sits at the plant in WPB. I will never use this company again and will continue to raise awareness of such ill practices. I should have been allowed to pick my package up once I proved I wasn't lying. Whoever is running the operations there is highly incompetent as well as the driver who didn't feel like climbing steps to deliver my package in the rain. I'm highly disappointed in FedEx. Do Better! So do NOT trust that when you ship through Fedex that they can and will use a third party for your shipment. They used a company called Parcel Monkey and either Fedex or Parcel Monkey lost my shipment. I had my deceased mothers items from antique chest that held her clothes, photos and a Vaudeville poster from when she was young. Its lost and both companies have no interest in helping me locate it. They think by refunding the cost of shipping thats enough. I do not want the money I want my deceased mothers items!! Shipped from Palm Beach Gardens across the country to Arizona. read more

I called in and spoke to Mrs. Tamika Jones, sorry if I misspelled first name. She was very helpful on the phone and directed me to their location. She was also the person who ended up bringing my package to me at the gate. Make sure you know your tracking number and have your ID handy (which Mrs. Jones advised me ahead of time on the phone about). She was very nice and I enjoyed picking up my package from here even though it was a bit of a drive. read more

I recently had major surgery and had packages being delivered from an unprofessional furniture company and my furniture was being delivered on the wrong delivery date. Tahnika at FedEx helped me straighten all of it out and now my packages will be delivered on a proper delivery date. Tahnika is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met not to mention extremely professional and she is a huge asset to FedEx. We need more caring, kind compassionate people like her in the world!
