I have a large sign sticking in the ground by my front porch that says delivery to the rear of the house. FedEx still places packages on the front porch. They are so tired that they cannot walk around the corner of the house? No one lives on that side of the house. I get tired of playing Where is the Package. read more

Today I had learned that FEDEX delayed our $1000 frozen food order due to an operational delay. This is the third day for this shipment and historical data showed that any delay would result in thawed uneatable food. Called their 800 number only to find out it was a call center located outside the US with no access to any management personnel. Tried to get local phone numbers and all were listed under the 800 number. This is really unacceptable customer service on all ends within the FEDEX system. They really should focus on the customer which apparently they obviously do not. This is the second incident within two days that they screwed up delivery. The previous one was that left perishable food in front of my garage when I could run it over with my truck. They did not ring any door bell to let us know they had delivered a package. read more

As people have stated, if I could give zero or negative stars I would. I ordered something from Walmart that was not available in the store and it's for a needy family. The gifts need to be in early so they can be distributed. I ordered it because it was to be delivered on 12/11. WELL it arrived at the Buffalo, NY warehouse on Monday and has sat there until today (miraculously after a trace was started by Diego in Customer Service) when it "WAS on a truck for delivery. Well, I just got a message at 6:45 PM that is is DELAYED again and scheduled for MONDAY!!!!!!!!! So I called customer service again and got the same crap about how busy they are. I have been waiting for my mattress for days now. I was supposed to get it Monday and it is now Wednesday and I have still not received it. I attempted calling many times but was unable to get ahold of a representative. When I did they kept running around the answer if my package was getting delivered or not and may be getting "rolled" over to the next day for delivery. Fedex gets a NO STAR RATING!!! Package arrived at my house 12 days ago, I wasn't home to sign for it and within 15 minutes changed the delivery to fedex shipping center. I was told I could pick it up the next day. 11 days later the package has moved about 6 times, I've called about 8 times and have talked with no one from the United States. This morning I gave it another attempt, the person on the other end updated the shipping info to departed Buffalo ( while on the phone with them). So in the last week it has departed Buffalo, arrived in Buffalo and again departed Buffalo. Was never notified that this was a "signature required" delivery and was out to dinner. Now FedEx says I have to wait two more days to receive my package? Why wouldn't the driver just stop back in a little while like UPS, Amazon and even USPS do? FedEx is a terrible carrier and Amazon should reconsider using them. They are probably cheaper to use because their service SUCKS!! Then to top it all off, customer service can't even help because the door tag # that was left on my door is not even in their system. Unprofessional, uncaring, hangup on customers untrained service representative, They don't deserve to be called Customer Service Representatives. I have been calling for over week now on a shipment that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday May 3, than it was the 5th than the 6th, 7th, 8th and now 9th if it even shows up. On the 3rd the claim they attempted NOT to delivery and no one was home and yet 3 adults over the age of 21 in the home ALL day. I spoke with Valentina, Angela, Justin, Maria, Wesley, Anna and a few I can't spell their names let alone pronounce them. I have been put on hold for hours, continually hung up on to no avail! They had the package suppose at the Buffalo warehouse 10 minutes from my home and decided to ship it out to Henrietta NY an hour further out. When I ask why excuse number 2020 CV19, really! How is it I order from two other shippers the same day as this shipment and have already received them from UPS. Angela promised a gift basket for my inconvenience and stated the company I ordered from should be putting in for shipping fees reimburse on my behalf. If i could give negative stars I would. They have horrible service on the phone and delivering. They have held my package hostage that was scheduled for delivery over two weeks ago. They are thieves and the worse delivery company I have ever encountered. I do not know how in the world they are the primary delivery service in this area as they are all incompetent and do not have a clue as to what they are doing. read more

I was supposed to receive a package on Wednesday which I had to sign for. I waited all day and it never came. I went online to track it and saw that the driver said he tried to deliver it and no one was home. They rescheduled the delivery for Thursday. When I tracked it all day it evidently never left the facility. Then they told me it would arrive on Friday. First thing Friday morning I placed a huge sign on my front door that instructed the driver to go to the back door , ring the bell and I would come down and sign for my package. I tracked the package and sure enough the driver claimed no one was home. I called and a representative told me I would be able to pick up the package at Walgreens after 4:00PM. I went at 6:00 and it was not there. I called again and this representative told me it would take 24 hours for my package to arrive at Walgreens. I will go there tomorrow but I doubt it will be there. I will never order anything again if the company I order from ships with FedEx. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. read more

Fed Ex Ground Delivery Sucks Real Hard... I hate going on line to buy something only to find out that the delivery service from HELL is doing the delivery... What's my gripe... I always ask for text delivery updates and they are never right i habe had delivery dates back and forth over four day periods. First your delivery is coming on a Friday then it's a Thursday then a Monday then back to Saturday only to get a text that it is coming on 5/10/2020 by end if day. And here it is 7:15 p.m. still nothing and i sure i will be getting a text saying its coming 2morrow and im supposed to be getting testing to donate my kidney to my sister who lives in North Carolina. No one will be here to receive the package and run the risk of it getting stolen... You Suck soooo hard Fed Ex and this is my third time for Fed Ex delivers and all 3 times delivery dates all over the map. Is this why your delivery reviews are so sad.
