    My package was scheduled to be delivered this morning, 9:20 to 13:45. I checked the map and it was in my walking distance. When it was last minute the schedule change to 20:00. If you can't make it on time then set it right in the beginning so people don't have to wait all day.

    Got the notification that FedEx would deliver my package between 10am and 2pm today, Sunday. I left the gate open alllllll day. Then I get a text at 4:27pm that says delivery was attempted and no one was home. A. I was home. So was my son and my dog who barks when the wind blows. B. My gate was open. C. I have security cameras, and there was no delivery truck on my street. D. The attempt photo is of a curb (see attached). E. Where is the delivery attempted tag? The driver was never here, thus no tag. Calling customer service is the only way to file a complaint, so I did at 6pm. The bot gave me the runaround and told me what the attempt text said then when I asked to speak to a person, the bot told me they were closed and hung up on me. FedEx suuuuuuucks. I hope I get my package someday, maybe when the driver decides to do his job.

    Why is this place literally the worst I've ever encountered in my life? Packages not delivered to the right location not ONCE not TWICE but THREE times I've had to go here and hunt my package down. This is honestly getting ridiculous and I'm getting close to filling a police report

    You came here because you got the message it was delivered, but you have not received it. It's true that they never delivered to me, and they lied. Nothing they can do - it's a lie. The driver lied about delivery. I stayed home all day. I came here and they said the driver attempted to deliver multiple times and they returned the next day without getting in. Just liar. I was waiting for my TV and I was at home all day and no- one knocked the door. The staff at this location was horrible - they lied that the computer was down so they couldn't do anything. This location should be investigated. It must be something wrong from the top to the delivery guys in this location. Zero stars. Everyone should report this location. TOGETHER we can change! I came here a couple of times and there was a guy who was able to help and pulled out the package (still sitting at their warehouse - but the status said "delivered" and the document said "attempted twice". BS. Fedex should investigate as there are so many reports here. My recommendation: Come here and try to find out until you get the package. Someone should know something. Report, Report and Report ...

    Fed ex Driver very lazy. 3 large heavy boxes dropped at the bottom of our stairs on the sidewalk. not even on our porch

    Does anyone know the actual number of south San Francisco distribution center? I believe my address in FedEx Home delivery GPS system is wrong, they have delivered 10+ of my packages to the same wrong address...

    To start FedEx in general is difficult to deal with. The…read moretracking system for the packages gives you a vague understanding of where it is and when it will be delivered frequently, the update is "it's in transit" with no other explanation. The details on how it's getting from point A to point B used to be more detailed but now it's not. The customer service line tends to hang up on you rather than transfer you to a live customer service agent. It requires information that puts you into a different answer loop than actually transferring you to an agent when you want to talk to somebody, especially if you have a complaint. I personally had a very difficult time even finding the FedEx customer service number on their website. The delivery center in South San Francisco frequently does not deliver at the same day they get it even if they get it at 2 o'clock in the morning it probably won't go out until the next day and I don't understand why that happens with my packages. USPS is much more efficient delivering my packages in South San Francisco then FedEx. When I look at my USPS tracking and it shows that it had arrived at station early in the morning, like two or 3 o'clock in the morning, I know that I would be receiving it later on that day. My most recent experience with FedEx had them not send a package out to be delivered on a Saturday delivery and it was delayed till Monday. This delay was logged in about 8 o'clock in the morning but post timed till 11:30, almost to show that delivery was attempted, but their reason was the business was closed and they could not make that delivery. This was going to a UPS store that is open seven days a week. When I finally contacted the customer service line, they said that business indicated that the address it was going to belong to a business that was only open Monday through Friday. I have never had this excuse from USPS.

I love my car, it's reliable, it supports everything I need to do in my life--and since I fully own it, I wanted to do something meaningful for it for my birthday. They walked me through two options: vinyl vs. PPF. And the way they explained PPF just made sense. It wasn't just about aesthetics, it was about peace of mind. Protection from all the elements this car goes through daily. Longevity. Something that holds integrity over time, not just a quick fix. That mattered to me. The owner was incredibly informative. You can tell there's intention behind everything here: not just the service, but the design, the experience, the way they think. As a designer, I pick up on that immediately. It doesn't feel random...it feels considered. And the front desk, she was amazing! I wish I remembered her name. But you know when someone's vibe is just genuine? Not performative, not transactional--just kind, attentive, and actually caring about helping you? That was her. It makes a difference. What really surprised me was the turnaround. Same day. I wasn't expecting that at all! They finished the roof in a black gloss PPF, and it completely transformed the car. It looks like a panoramic roof now--clean, elevated, honestly more expensive. It was such a strong recommendation, and I'm really glad I trusted it. We also talked about window tinting, and after this experience, I'm already planning to come back. The level of professionalism, the clarity, the care--it's consistent across everything they do. When you get PPF you get a followup appointment to ensure everything is curing properly. You can tell they work on luxury vehicles, there's a precision to their standards. But what stood out to me is that they bring that same level of care to anyone who walks in. The work initially looked fantastic, and the car immediately had a much cleaner, more aggressive look. A few days later, I noticed some bubbling on one taillight tint and a small issue with the screen protector. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately scheduled me in, were prompt, and took care of everything while I waited--no excuses, no delays, no pushback. When a business does great work, that's wonderful--but how they handle things when a correction is needed says just as much, if not more. Graphix Lab made it a priority to make it right, and that level of professionalism really stood out. The car looks amazing, I get compliments on it all the time, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back or recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.
