Carne Asada was juicy and the burrito size was great! Would definitely recommend giving this location a shot.

Honestly, I used to like this place and it just seemed to go downhill from there. I spent about 60 bucks on food and it wasn't even good. It was very disappointed. The service was OK a little slow the area is sketchy but usually that makes the food worthwhile going to sometimes but if you're in the area, give them a try if you like, make your own opinion if you would come back here or not. read more

Every time that my Husband visits this location (which is right around the corner from our home) the quality , quantity and consistency of the food in our order is much better than when I order . This has been consistent. And should not change based on who the customer is or their appearance. I usually order a bean and cheese burrito or a Pollo Asado Bowl with extra everything to split with my Husband but now when I order they give half as much food instead of the extra ingredients requested while still charging me almost double which has forced me to have to come back to get what I actually paid for on more than one occasion. DO BETTER! AND since it is asking what they could do better at the 35th Avenue and Camelback Road as a longtime loyal customer I can honestly say that they could work on treating all customers equally good regardless of what they look like. Prior to the accident that closed down this location and their reopening they had better service and did not skimp on the beans in their bean burritos or Pollo Asado Bowls when I would order them. I prefer the Greenway and 35th Avenue location as it is much easier to get in and out of and they do not seem to change the portion and quality of orders based on who the customer is or appearance. Much better service although it is MUCH further from my home. read more

This is my fave Mexican fast food spot. I norm go late night and on the wknds. The carne is fresh and tender, the machaca breakfast burrito is so good, and the green chili is the best!!! The staff always provides customer service and after the renovations this place is clean and organized. And the food is reasonable priced for the amount of food you get. I can never finish thier burritos. read more

DISGUSTING and incredibly disappointing quesadilla. First and foremost, what authentic mexican restaurant makes cheddar quesadillas. Second of all, these maybe had a teaspoon of cheese per slice. Dripping in grease. So gross. I will NEVER be a customer here again, and it is so sad, because this is going straight to the trash. What a waste!!!!! read more

Mexican for breakfast? In Arizona yes! My wife got a Spanish omelette and I got steak ranchero. It was clearly made fresh with an abundance of freshly grilled veggies. I've never been here before (not from the area) but I'd surely make this a weekly meal! More food than either of us could handle as well! read more

The food is pretty standard fast Mexican Food. I'm giving 5 stars for the service. I was in the drive through and I just got off work so I was hungry, and placed my order. When I reached for my wallet, I realized I left it at home. They do apple pay and google pay, but she said "Es OK, you can pay tomorrow." I will be sure to go back and leave a big tip. read more

Ive been a patron for years...the food is good, the place is kept clean and always on the deans list and the customer service has been good. but in December they hired a couple of new young ladies and the customer service stinks now. in the few times I have been there , with my order of rolled tacos Ive received rolling eyes, snippy or bad attitude, huffing or sighing and just a very unfriendly experience. even though the food order is clearly given and so are the responses, when I get to the window, I get a completely different dish ..(we are talking - Ive ordered a burrito and was given hueuvos rancheros) I dont know if the cashier is not paying attention, or messing around but then when you tell them the attitude starts. Im guessing they are playing with the cell phone more than doing the job. If they job is that difficult or annoying , maybe its time to move on. read more

I come here every single Tuesday. The have $1 tacos and burritos. The red and green sauce is amazing. I have never tried anything other than the tacos (shredded beef, chicken, ground beef) or the burrito (I went with shredded beef). The burrito is large and filling. The tacos are excellent. This place has a drive thru as well and is always busy. If it's Tuesday and you have a few bucks, stop here. read more

I always get stoked to see late-night Mexican food that isn't Filiberto's. It's good enough, portions are big, but there's nothing it does particularly well. Tacos are meh. Burritos are so-so. Carne asada fries don't need to have a tub of sour cream. And food eeds spice of some sort, not just salt and 5 little cups of salsa! At least it's clean, and the guac is legit. It's far from the most delicious spot in the area, but at 3am it can be trusted. Isn't that what's really important? read more

Great mexican food. Especially when you want a late night bite. My bf showed me this place and I like sharing the carne asada fries with him. The tacos are HUGE. I'd say one is equal to three small tacos. read more

The Food is good but they can't seem to ever get the order correct. It's not hard to make a simple burrito with sour cream, then they forgot to put it inside. So what do you do? You check the burrito and you tell them it's not inside the burrito and they say it's on the side. You get home and it's not even on the side or anywhere in the bag. The first time was okay but after 3 times? read more

We used 2 go here 4 a l8 night or early morning quick fix, but have noticed a lot of cutting corners going on 4 awhile. While prices have increased (as they always will) the quality & quantity of food has decreased. Burritos that used 2 b huge/fat have been consistently getting skimpier each time we ordered, consisting mostly of the folds of a huge tortilla instead of being filled. The sauces & even the pina/horchata drinks have been watered down significantly. Combin8ion pla8es many times had overly refried, old tasting, thick dried out beans w/ guacamole & sour cream being less each time or 4gotten completely. Red & green sauce cups have now become flavored salt Water (which news~flash over~salting doesn't hide it)! WTH is the deal w/ finding Meat in NON~MEAT orders EVERY SINGLE TIME?? EWWW, that's a HUGE DISGUSTING No~No 4 Veg~Heads 2 discover such when ordering the very limited items we have 2 choose from on ur menu as it is!! It won't b likely, but we may decide 2 give them a try in a very distant future if ever feeling desper8 enough 2 take another gamble after losing a bit 2 much 2 many Xs worth of visits now! More cost 4 @ least the same we used 2 get woulda been alright, but we can't justify paying MORE 4 LESS in food, service & quality as that's a RIP~OFF!! Such a shame, but MAYBE they'll improve ~ not holding breath as I don't wanna b called Smurfette... read more

Federico's may look like David, but their food is more like the size of Goliath! They produce some absolutely mouth-watering, authentic Mexican food that will fill your tummy to the brim without emptying your pockets. Per the picture that I posted, they have $1.99 burritos and .99-cent tacos on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The burritos are enough to fill you for an entire meal. So, if you are operating on a budget, you can spend $12 here and have enough to eat for three full days. Or, on another note, if you need to feed six people for $12, that can be accomplished as well. The burritos come with your choice of beans & cheese, red chicken (i.e. chicken in red salsa), green chili pork, or shredded beef. The tacos can include all those and ground beef, but not the green chili pork. I don't eat pork, but I can say that the red chicken and shredded beef burritos are off the hook in taste and are about 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. So, move over Subway, there is a new 6-inch delight in town! The carne asada and fajita burritos are also good. The service is also cordial and quick. Along with only a 2-5 minute wait, the girl at the cashier gives great recommendations. They also have a drive-thru and some outdoor seating. So, next time you pass this place on Camelback, make a u-turn and get yourself some of the best Mexican food in the area! read more

The absolute best tortilla's ever. Thank you for your dynomite food and how super clean restaurant everything is.

Big @ss burritos. Ordered the chorizo and egg....bomb!!! My little got the menudo it it was delicious!!! Two thumbs up.

I'll pretty much always go back because they are so close and delicious, but the service here is definitely lacking. I'd say about half the time, they get our order wrong, which is bizarre since we're there so often and pretty much always order the same thing. One time we ordered a bean and cheese burrito, and a kid's carne asada quesadilla, and they made us a normal sized quesadilla and a bean/carne asada burrito... which was pretty gross. The staff is rarely polite, and get annoyed when you ask for green sauce. They still get three stars though because the food is crazy yummy! read more

I've come here for the past four years at least once a month and I love it every time

They weren't really attentive when it came to ordering. They did however get the order right and in a timely manner. It was pretty good price wise but the food was just alright. It didn't explode with flavor but it'd probably hit the spot at 1-2AM when you are faded. The rice was better tasting than my burrito! read more

I won't be back here. Most cheap drive through fast food Mexican places are alike. Of course there are slight differences. In this case it wasn't for the better. We had to drive up to the window to order. The speaker box wasn't working? What was going on there? I ordered a chicken chimichanga with sour cream & guacamole on the side. The chimi was big, just like I expected it to be. There wasn't much guacamole. I would have liked more. They also put tomatoes in it. That's ok, I'm just mentioning it. All in all this chimi just didn't sit as well as others I've had. Maybe it was the spices they used that were different, I'm not sure. I also ordered a large horchata. I have definitely had better. It wasn't the worst I've ever had but it needed more cinnamon flavor, that's for sure. It's cheap, it's easy, it's fast, it's literally right down the street from me. I'd still rather make the drive over to 7th St to my fave 'bertos though. See: http://www.yelp.com/biz/rolbertos-phoenix read more

Words cannot describe how much I love you. The amount of times you have saved my drunk a** is truly incredible. I don't think I can ever repay you for the way you have shaped me throughout my college career. I am so happy I still have one year left with you. Your bean and cheese burritos are better than sex even though you clean my asshole out for days. Honestly, I even appreciate that part. Thank you for being such a big part of my life. read more

the food is good but the few times i been going they keep messing up my order. i decided to go one more time to see if they wouldn't mess up this time but they did! I didn't get what i paid for. i bought a chile reneno burrito (which comes with no meat) for my daughter who cannot eat meat. but when she took a bite, there was meat! i had to go back and ask them to fix it. My daughter could've got sick. never coming here again after the many chances i gave this place. they couldn't even apologize or anything. the customer service is trash. read more

Great place hands down been going to this Federicos for a while now and honestly the food is good every time I go

Food, service, price and speedy service are actually a ***** star. As there is no indoor area plus it's in the hood, four is still very good. Use the drive through rather than the walk up window! read more

This place is delicious had a crane asasa burrito without pico and guac (allergic to tomato) had with cheese and beans. I don't know whether it's the restaurant itself or Uber Eats but I ordered 5 things off the menu and there was a missing item. This may not seem like a big deal however I ordered guacamole on the side for the carne asada fries which were being shared due to one of my friends allergies, but the guacamole was added on, therefore she couldn't eat it. For one of the missing items, we contacted the restaurant and we were treated so rudely. We politely asked for a refund of reimbursement and the employee said he could do nothing about it in a careless tone. We asked to speak the manager and he told us to come in the next day. We repeatedly told him we were busy with school but he literally said "I don't know what you want me to do about it". I understand that a higher authority was not there to handle the issue but this situation could have been handled better and more maturely. read more

They don't skimp on the meat either, and the meat is great not fatty or gristley like some fast food Mexican places I've tried.
