Their honey habanero wings are some of the best wings I've ever had. They have a good balance of sweet and spicy and each bite comes with a crisp that can fix a bad day. My only negative part is that my partner got there before me & when I got there (like 5 minutes after he did) 10 minutes went by & no one had come to get my drink order & we had to waive someone down. Amazing all around. My wife and I went here for a rare date night and were blown away. Our server was attentive and pleasant and the whole establishment had a great, inviting vibe. The cocktails were fantastic. I got the smoke show old fashioned and she got the defendent. We highly recommend both. The menu is small and that suits me fine. I am of the mindset that less items done better beats more items any day of the week We started with what may be the best fried calamari I've ever had. Breading was consistent and not too heavy and the squid was cooked well without being rubbery. For dinner, I got the shrimp skewers and she got the salmon. Both were cooked PERFECTLY. My first time going to Fed restaurant was a horrible experience. The service was terrible I ordered a "country fried steak " Biscuit and gravy. I ended up getting a Thick ass hamburger patty fried in flour, I told the waitress this was not a "Country Fried Steak"she told me it was. I tried it and the middle of the hamburger fried steak whatever it was was raw made my stomach hurt, I told the manager about it she offered me a 5$ discount I told her i'll pay for the food so I can leave i'll pulled out $40 to pay, she told me that the other people that was there didn't pay their taxes m, what I didn't understand was she gave everybody a receipt that paid for the food and they left. I told her I was not paying for anybody else's food or taxes but me and my pregnant daughters, At that point she got mad and I was threatened with the police she said she was going to call the police if I didn't pay there taxes, I told her to call the police and I sit down at the bar and started watching the 49er football game until the offices arrived. When she called I overheard her tell the dispatcher that she have a big black male in her restaurant being belligerent and refused to pay. I already tried to pay for our food me and my pregnant daughter food only. Here's the deal, I bought a $50 gift certificate from cat country on one of their Friday specials. Finally went to get there today, which is Thursday, May 1 at about 2 o'clock. Walked in it and it was pretty empty. There was a young girl with long long waist length brown hair, walking around talking on her personal cell phone. She Did not even look at us. When she finally did glance, she just glanced and walked away. We finally ended up asking that girl if there was any one around to help us. She said I clocked out. So apparently she's not a very good employee. She's actually horrible. You need to reconsider who you are hiring because she does not represent your service very well at all. Unfortunately, I will be back because I did spend $25 for the gift certificate, but it was a very, very, very bad first impression. You need to teach your employees that even if they clocked out and they're standing around where customers come in either get out or find us someone to help us. She needs some work. The good news: if you have jury duty, this place is just across the street and has a clean, welcoming, well-maintained atmosphere. There's a simple menu for lunch, but, should be something for everyone, including the veggie wrap for vegetarians. Servers were nice and welcoming. No major issues with the food. Also, the bar has a lifted edge that is roughly three to four inches tall. Forget resting your hands or elbows on it. It became immediately clear the laptop situation was a no go. The veggie wrap is served with a side of Caesar dressing. Now... I'm going to look past the fact that most Caesar dressing is made with anchovies and is, thus, not vegetarian. Maybe they make theirs in house and it's a plant based version. I was sufficiently hungry I was willing to go with the don't ask, don't tell policy. But, what was supper unappealing was the watery consistency of the dressing. No thickness or substance at all and super light on taste. My last complaint is petty, but my own personal vendetta. The wrap doesn't come with fries. I don't think any of the lunch items do. Not only irs this feel unAmerican to me, it ends up costing a lot more and they bring you an appetizer sized plate of fries. I've been here three times and every time they did not disappoint. Service is very good. I have tried the salmon dish, the filet mignon dish, and the creamy mushroom chicken dish all were great. Recently we went I had the creamy mushroom chicken my friend had the ribeye. We also tried the wings and the fried raviolis. We loved the gummy bear shots omg so good! Overall a great experience. Server (Vanessa) was friendly and helpful from first greeting. She kept drinks filled and checked in regularly. We were looking for a quick meal so we ordered Nacho fries, side salad and the FED burger to share. All were flavorful and fresh. Burger was cooked perfectly to request of medium well and was still juicy! Fries were yummy and nacho sauce tasted homemade. We will definitely come back when in the area. The bar fills up fast so you end up just standing in odd places. They have photographers and show girls so it gets pretty rowdy. However the music is amazing, so I personally prefer restaurant hours but if you're looking for a lounge experience I recommend coming for night life. Fed is a great addition to the downtown food scene! Conveniently located near a movie theater where dinner and a movie would be a nice evening out on the town. The rustic-chic interior with the exposed brick wall and black leather seating were quite impressive. Several tables lined the interior with the bar being the main focus of the room. The menu is small but thoughtful. Their Salmon topped with capers had the perfect crispy skin while the meat was buttery and full of flavors. Ribeye is our favorite cut and this one did not disappoint. The meat was tender and the charred edges gave it a nice smoky flavor. Vegetable medleys were perfectly seasoned with a nice bite to it and the roasted garlic mashed was delightful. Both dishes came with generous portions. First time here (11/5) and we loved our experience. Ambiance was perfect, nice upbeat music playing in the background, service was on point, food and drinks were delicious! I believe my server was Amina and she was wonderful- tip them well they work hard! This is an excellent destination for lunch in downtown Stockton. It's walking distance from the parking garage downtown, the Courthouse, movie theater, Bob Hope Theater, and even Weber Point. I had the most delicious and filling burrito bowl for lunch along with a refreshing cocktail. While driving through the city of Stockton, I ran into this place in the heart of the Downtown! I must say, the area was different than the regular shopping mall strip or even a single standing restaurant building. I found easy parking next door in the garage (easy access & good rates). So much to choose from! I'm a beer guy and jack and coke kinda guy, but I got intrigued with the mojito. We got the watermelon and black berry ones. Well let me tell u, they were super good & freshly made to order. I was amazing to see how they make them from start to finish. On to the food- we ordered a few things because we couldn't decide on we wanted. We got the Ribeye steak, FED burger and Chicken sandwich! The steak was cooked just right, medium for me, juicy AF and a ton of flavor! No sauce needed. The FED burger was super thick and all the fresh veggies were on point. They toast the bun just right. I went to FED on a whim for a friend's birthday celebration. Luckily, they were having a soft opening that night. My wife was doing research on the different drink option they had on Instagram just to prepare herself. The place was empty aside from two tables when we first arrived. After talking with the owner, he stated that they have not officially opened yet. They had a great assortment of beer offering both bottle, and drafts. I was won over with the Belching Beaver Phantom Bride. Unfortunately, they did not have the full menu available that night, but we were content with the Asada fires and mozzarella sticks. Both plates were more than enough for a party of 6. The mozzarella stick were much larger than expected, but I wasn't about to complain. The main course was great a well, I settled on the BBQ tri-tip and it hit the spot with a good portion of meat covered in BBQ sauce. Toward the end of the night we wanted to try more of the full bar and specialty drinks. I recommend the Smoke Show, that drink was so smooth even my wife had a healthy portion of my drink. We even ventured to the Pendleton Reserve. All in all, it was a great night and I can't wait to go back to try it again. They even boast about the upcoming brunches and comedy show. read more

My coworkers and I ordered prior to coming in due to our one-hour time constraint for work. When we arrived, we were told that our ordered had not been put in yet because they didn't want it to be ready before we got there although we said we would be there at 12 noon. Although we ordered ahead of time 2 of the 5 people still waited 45 minutes to get the food that we called in 20 minutes before arriving. They could not eat their meal and had to take it to go. I waited at the bar for 15 minutes to order a drink. I told the bar tender I just wanted to order my drink and then she can make it and bring it to the table when she gets a chance. She told me that was not possible. The manager Sylvia was EXTREMELY rude. When it was expressed that the service was bad and explained what was wrong, she said "Well you don't have to come back here." The prices on the menu online are different from the prices in the restaurant. So much to our surprise after eating our food additional gratuity and the prices were all completely different. Met a friend for dinner on a Friday night. I came in early and had a drink at the bar. The bartender was attentive and friendly. The music was nice, I really enjoyed the upbeat tempo. Once my friend got there, we got seated. There wasn't a wait. We ordered the cauliflower wings, smothered chicken, and shrimp skewers. The cauliflower wings were really tasty and addictive. Served with ranch and blue cheese dressings. Both dips were good. Now for the main courses. My friend and I split both plates. The smothered chicken was overly salty to the extent that I barely ate it. My friend liked it with the mashed potatoes. The shrimp skewers were UNDERCOOKED, my friend took a bite and spit it out. When we sent it back to the kitchen, they put those same skewers back on the grill and re-served it. They didn't even add another shrimp to replace the one that my friend spit out. It was off putting, so we asked the server to take it off of the tab (which he did, thankfully). We both had the mixed veggie side (grilled carrots and zucchini). The zucchini was very under cooked with a hard crunch. I had a side salad with ranch. I took a few bites. After that the lettuce tasted and was texturally dirty, noticeably! I was super disappointed. I wanted to love this place. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and fries on a DoorDash order previously. The food was pretty delicious. Maybe it was an off night. Welp. There are multiple reviews complaining about undercooked or raw meat. And mine unfortunately isn't any different. I ordered the chicken club. When I bit into it, I couldn't bite down all the way because the chicken was so rubbery. It was gross and I mostly ate the bacon, lettuce and tomato of half the sandwich, my itty bitty side salad and some fries while I waited for my waitress to check on me. I complained and so she discounted my meal but claimed "half the sandwich was gone". Most of the bread and chicken was still there and a completely untouched half of the sandwich too. So I asked for the manager and showed her the picture of the pink chicken. She said she was sorry and that the waitress didn't tell her it wasn't cooked. So she took off the sandwich, but that only took $1.10 more off of my bill. There was no attempt to offer me something different. Or anything to change this experience into a positive one.
