I often order small auto parts online. Fedex is a courier they often use to deliver. I have a sign on my porch to place packages behind bushes, but they never do. Today, the package was next to the sign in the middle of the porch where it was easily visible to anyone passing by. Their verification pic of delivery shows it next to the sign. Fedex should hire people who can read. When I called FedEx to complain, they said they couldn't do anything unless the shipper complained. What a poor excuse as the customer buying the part is paying for shipping. Maybe FedEx should move it's call center to the US and then they might care. read more

This company, FedEx in general, is about the worst company ever. Was expecting an overnight package delivery showing an indirect signature request today before 12:00 p.m. When I checked at 1:00 p.m. tracking showed delivered to residence with signature which isn't even my last name. I checked mail box and nothing received. Address is clearly marked as is the several neighbors we have. So is it just that these drivers just can't or WON'T verify address before "delivering"? The other issue that sucks with FedEx is you can't reach anyone by phone to try to get it resolved as well as they do not answer email questions! This company definitely needs better customer service and support. I am now requesting when I buy something that the business DO NOT send anything through FedEx only priority mail. read more

As usual....I saw my Item was coming from Fed Ex Munster, and knew something was going to go wrong. And of course, it did! First it says delivered to my house and handed to customer. I was home all day and no delivery was made. I was able to look it up on the tracking and it was delivered to an apartment complex 4 blocks away! I put in a complaint yesterday and they still somehow have been unable to contact the driver. Nothing but a scam operation that administration seems not to care enough to fix. read more

UPS everyday any day compared to FedEx. They stated my pkg was delivered it Was Not!!! However the other pkg they did deliver was dripping wet from damaged contents inside. FedEx Delivery out of Munster Indiana SUCKS. I received 3 texts from FedEx stating that my package will arrive Wednesday between 10:40a and 2:40p. It never made it on the truck for Wednesday. Updated tracking said "Out for Delivery " 5a on Thursday. At 5p update says returned to Munster for future delivery. Called FedEx and their excuse was "High Delivery Volume. The FedEx location in Munster, Indiana employs thieves and liars. I shipped 4 boxes to my daughter who moved to Dallas. 3 boxes were delivered on schedule but the 4th box which contained 16 pairs of high-end sneakers, slides, and purses was not delivered. When she tracked it, the site said it was undeliverable due to damage with nothing else.I went to the location and they had no information. We waited for 2 days for the employee who said the box was damaged and she threw it away to show up to work. She didn't inventory or fill out any reports as to what the supposed damage was. They claimed a box of spoiled meat leaked onto our box so she threw it out on the same day as their dumpsters are emptied. Each pair of shoes were in shoe boxes and again no records of damage, no inventory of what was in the box, and no contact to us to validate damage. This was a theft. The location said it was a violation of process and procedure and it was escalated to corporate security to get to the bottom of it. My daughter called corporate after 2 weeks and was told there is no record of escalation.FedEx is covering up the misconduct of its employees and the lack of supervision by those paid to do so. The first question is how long would they have had packaged meat for it to spoil to that extent? The second question is when are perishables stored with general merchandise? How much leakage would have to occur for the alleged meat to leak out of its packaging, soak through the shipping box, soak through our box and then soak through 16 shoe boxes from top to bottom They put the box outside with no report or paperwork and called their friend to come to pick it up.. If your package will go to the Munster depot I suggest you use another carrier because FedEx ain't ish but a bunch of thieving lying criminals Oh, btw the way the items were shipped using my daughter's FedEx account, and when she looked at her invoice the stolen box was not listed like it never existed. read more

I placed a Target order not wanting to go to the store for pickup during the pandemic. I signed up for texts and emails. Received 3 texts from Fed Ex that they were shipping and one email. Waited all day 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M...Went to lobby to find that they had been here early in the morning and took the package to Walgreens for me to pickup.. they did not text, they did not ring my buzzer,to let me know they were here. I have robo call blocker on my landline. I ended up having to cancel the order with the provider and telling them I did not receive it. By taking the package to Walgreens(I am a senior) they defeated the whole purpose of ordering it to be delivered. read more

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. No one seems to know what they are doing. I have been dealing with the Hammond and Merrillville Fed Ex customer service since 2/11/21. My package has still not been delivered. Received a case number on Friday with a promise that a supervisor would call me back. No phone call ever received. Called today and still no package is out for delivery. Have received multiple text that it was on its way.What a joke. read more

Ground packages arrive there and do not get delivered for a week or more beyond the expected date. When they decide to get around to delivering something they leave it in the driveway in the rain. A few more steps the package could have been placed on my covered porch. The facility manager does not care and does nothing to change the situation. read more

I never received my package even though it said delivered. I had two packages and the first said delivered but it was delivered to my leasing office not me, even though I left specific instructions through FedEx tracking. The second package said delivered at 3:11 but my leasing office closes at 2pm. I spoke with my leasing office the next day and they said that did not receive a package for me. Once again driver didn't follow instructions. I sat and waited for two days, nothing. When I made a complaint no one followed up with me and they closed the case. They said the driver said he delivered it and that was that. The driver rode around with my package for two days. I kept getting text messages saying my package was out for delivery and they didn't deliver. No more FedEx for me. Poor customer service. read more

I followed the tracking for my package. I saw on the FED-EX site that the package was out for delivery to my house and would be here by 'end of day'. I waited home all day afraid to even take out the garbage or do any work in my garage. About 2:45 I saw the truck was in front of my house with it's back door open. I think: 'Ok, he's looking for it.' But he was out there about five minutes then got back in his truck and left. I called the office later and all they could tell me was the package was still out for delivery. I waited for hours and checked the tracking again and saw that at 6:27 'customer was unavailable for delivery'. That was a lie. I was at home, in my SMALL house and they didn't come to my door. My dog goes crazy when anyone walks up my walk way and she never made a word. Plus no sticker on my door. When I called today about it they said it would be delivered by end of day. But I told the guy what happened yesterday and was upset because now I am captive in my house again all day with only a 'by end of day' delivery time. I asked if the driver could call me. The customer service guy said the driver didn't have a phone. Yet when I asked to speak to someone else to complain about the driver, that person said they would give the driver my number so that the driver could call me when he was at my house. More lies? Does he or does he not have a phone? And what good does it do me to call me WHEN he's at my door. I am still captive. I wanted him to call when he was on his way, but she told me he coulddn't do that. At least UPS gives you a range of time when they will deliver. .. of course maybe late delivery is better than having your TV delivered in pieces and claming it is your fault. . .so I'll give FEDex 2 stars in- stead of one. read more
