    Chopped Chicken Plate
    Bethany L.

Came right at 5 and were able to order right away, but the line grew quickly! Ordered two meat plates and it was plenty of food for 2 adults and 2 kids to share. Highly recommend the chopped chicken! It is so yummy and I enjoyed the texture of the chopped cut.

We were going to go to Doc Crows tonight, but I have been there a few times and wanted to try this place instead - it looked really good on Yelp and their IG page. Definitely glad we checked it out, as the food was delicious. My husband and I split a plate with a few meats on it, including brisket, pulled pork, and one hot link - you can order meats à la carte or you can get a combo of sorts or tacos. My sister-in-law got the brisket tacos and she said they were tasty AF. Out of all of the meats, I liked the brisket the best but the pulled pork was also really good. We also got the pork balls, which was more like balls of meatloaf with barbecue sauce and slaw, and it was really interesting. We got sweet potato fries, but as an appetizer, and it was gigantic, it came with sour cream, which I've never seen before and also some sort of apple butter. For dessert, we got the bread pudding cubes with the white chocolate bourbon sauce, and that was really inventive and also delicious. I also forgot to mention that I got the bourbon slushy of the month, it was mint julep, and that was really good too. Overall, I would definitely come back here again, my only complaint is the price (about $65 for two of us, but that included all that meat, two appetizers, a beer, and a small slushie) but it's comparable to other barbecue places in the area IMO.

Wow wow wow I stopped by on a recommendation and wow wow unbelievable good barbecue this coming from a guy from Dallas I had the smothered tots with chicken and pulled pork with a hot link on the side . Lets start with the hot link for one its big had a great grind good snap and it is so tasty not really spicy but really tasty . On to the loaded tots excellent is the only word that describes them the coleslaw was just fantastic as was the proteins both expertly smoked and prepared so good I went two days in a row

Order at the counter on the left. Small bar with 15-20 beers on tap.

Unique take on BBQ! The Pork Cake Poppers exemplify the uniqueness and deliciousness of this NuLu BBQ joint. Think Pulled pork Cakes instead of Crab Cakes! Cole slaw and BBQ sauce are nice accompaniments. Laid back atmosphere with an "order at the counter, get your number for your food delivery" and fun waiters/attendants. 15-20 beers on tap with 6-8 local breweries represented. Pulled Pork (moist with just the right amount of smoke) Salad with fried pickles was good but lacked depth-variety of salad ingredients-mixed greens and red onions only. Come try it to find your Favorites!

Good spot for dinner. Ordered a pulled pork plate. Pulled pork was perfect. Try it with various sauces. My favorite by far was the spicy BBQ sauce. A surprise was the stew, a Kentucky local. It was amazing. Good beer and the food comes out within minutes!

Had to come back before we left Louisville. Ate the pork poppers and brisket of course. The banana pudding wasn't that good but the bread pudding is delicious. I wish they had this place in my city.

Such good, moist brisket. Definitely recommend! Sweet potato fries were excellent as well.

I was in town for work and a friend suggested we eat in NULU area. We found Feast and decided to give it a try. Walk up order counter and the service was pretty quick. We sat at the bar. I got the Pimento Pork Stacker sandwich and side of Baked Beans. The sandwich was huge. Had good flavor and I tried their spicy BBQ sauce, also good. Their Baked Beans are sweet and I was not a fan. 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, a tea and a beer was $55 with tip, is pricey.

Hands down, one of the best meals and highlights of my bourbon trail trip. BBQ was so good. Laid back vibes and will definitely visit once again. Everything was perfect.

My friend was looking for a place to have bbq after her graduation and this place came highly recommended on Yelp! The restaurant was pretty lively upon arrival but nothing that didn't allow us to order and be seated immediately. The server explained the menus popular items and I ended up going with the suggestion of the Hill Country Holler sandwich! I'm not normally a relish girl but the mustard bbq combo with the pepper relish made a great combination although messy. One of the members of our party also ordered a brisket sandwich which smelled divine and I was told it was nice and flavorful! I loved the laid back casual vibe of the place that felt kind of like a Bubbalou's but with more culture. I need them to open a location in FL so I can get my fill whenever I want!

Who knew I would discover the most delicious dish and lovely drink at this Feast of a place. I had for the first time a Bourbon Slush which is pretty much an upgraded version of Frose, just with Bourbon. Watch out these things are dangerously good. In addition the Pork Balls, which remind me of Crab Cakes made with Pork, which is Simply just Better. This is an excellent place, please stop on by.

Underwhelmed. I was in town for a few days and asked around where to get some good bbq, and feast was on the top of many locals list. I went for lunch, arrived around 1:15pm after the lunch rush and was able to order and get our food quickly. First the Mac and cheese balls arrived fresh and molten lava hot! Then came the sandwich. I was excited and hungry not having eaten all day. The brisket inside the sandwich was not hot. Barely warm. The meat was getting harder and seemed like it was sitting. I was hungry and had taken a few bites thinking it might be one piece I was unlucky with. Unfortunately, the sandwich was a let down. I definitely got a bad trip, but could not recommend this spot.

    Are there gluten free options?

    Yes, and vegan.

Anyone know what's in the Bourbon slushee? So good!

It varies month to month! My favorite they did was a lavender bourbon slushie. If you follow them on social media, they'll announce what the flavor is that month

    How's the iced tea?

It's not strong and it's not super sweet, but I like it. I usually get 3/4 unsweet and 1/4 sweet when I make it myself at restaurants, but at Feast, I have to get half and half.

I then ordered a duck taco, brisket taco, and a side of Grippo Fries with smoked mayo. I'd never tried duck but that taco was smack-a-lackin'. The brisket taco was also good, and the fries were fantastic - sweet and spicy, fresh cut, and crispy. Wife ordered a pork belly slider and truffle fries. She enjoyed the slider but didn't care for the fries - just not her thing. The portions here are large. A side of fries will feed three people. We took a hefty portion of them home, as well as some of the mushrooms. We could've sat there at the bar and spent 3 hours socializing and enjoying a smattering of cocktails - love the setting.
