Be sure to check the rules about what is prohibited. The seats were easy to access by stairs or elevators. The concessions were reasonable and the bathrooms were well stocked and clean. We walked around the venue after Indy race and before the NASCAR race and had fun at the booths and listening to interviews with drivers. The lines to get back to the trams were long and the parking lots were crazy busy, even after we waited. We expected that, but heard some people complain that they waited close to two hours to get out of the lots.

Staff members were all friendly and service was quick! They'll even remove random people from your area who sneak in to get a better view. Tbh, the view was okay. A table is nice so you have a place to sit and you can put stuff down if needed, but being in the crowd with center view of the stage is actually much more fun! Another good thing about VIP is the cleaner bathrooms with shorter lines, which I do prefer. And of course, not having to wait in line for drinks is another plus. I believe my friend said the total for the table was $7k. My only regret that night was not walking around to check out the other stages! Stayed at main stage/VIP area the whole time. The employees are hit or miss. Some are not very friendly or helpful and some are. Colton needs to be recognized because once he took over helping us with the attractions our experience went from 3 to 5 stars. He explained everything thoroughly to us, helped me choose which would be best for having motion sickness, and overall just made our experience very enjoyable by paying attention to small details. It seems they were operating on a skeleton crew this day. We sat and tried to order food and there was only one server for everyone. Needless to say, it took quite a while to be able to even place an order. The go-kart experience runs like a well oiled machine and was probably the smoothest experience we had out of everything there. Overall we had a ton of fun, but this place really needs to work on training their employees for better customer service and experience.

There emergency responders on site are pretty good and have all the safety you could ask for at a track. They offer a 4 month race series in the spring and fall that offers a variety of classes for riders from the 5 year old age range through 40 year olds and up. What's frustrating is that there is no mention of a one-year expiration date on the certificate itself, nor was it included in the email confirming my purchase. How can a gift certificate expire without this being clearly stated? In the FAQ, it says, "Can I pay today and book a date or car later? If you are purchasing a track day as a gift, we sell an open date and open car certificate. Give the certificate to them now, and they can call us later to book." This implies that it is an open certificate. I brought this to David Zubick's attention, hoping for a refund, which was denied in 2020, and I also requested to transfer it to someone else, which was denied recently. I understand the rules and terms, but I hope that in the future, anyone purchasing a certificate is clearly informed about its one-year expiration. I also suggest updating the FAQ to reflect these terms. I'm happy for those who had a good experience on the track, but it's disappointing that the overall service from the company has not been favorable.

I purchased a gift certificate in December 2019 not knowing that everything would be shut down because of the pandemic. I also was scammed out of my money! I asked him if I could transfer my gift certificate to somebody else and he said it had expired. I asked if they were making no exceptions because of the pandemic and he said that they will only honor the 2 1/2 months that they were closed because of the pandemic. He also reminded me that they're closed in the summer but that those times still counted towards the time the gift certificate was good. So basically they're not open all year round but you only have a year to use the value of the gift certificate. He then went on to try to give me a business advice and I told him I didn't care about his business I cared about my money that he was stealing from me. He said go ahead and call your credit card company they're going to side with me. He told me the money that I paid to drive wasn't for the experience it was for him to pay his employees his insurance and for his place to stay open. He also said that if it was such a problem to not be able to go during the summer then I should've flown somewhere else where they were open during the summer! This man has no compassion no customer service skills and is incredibly rude! Save your money this is not the place to go to
