This company is so bad. I never get through to anyone who helps me. I wait on the phone for…read morehours, then when someone finally answers I get transferred several times and more hold time, I end up with someones voice mail, and never get a return call. When I email them, they respond that they will get back to me and I never get answers to my questions. Plus, they do everything they can to make it hard for you to refinance for a lower rate. And the agents manipulate you and try to get you to go for a longer loan if you pursue a lower rate so that they can take even more interest from you than if you never refinanced. I would not recommend them. Get your home loan elsewhere rather than dealing with this nightmare company for 15-30 years.

I called Jun on a Saturday morning back in July and even though we had never met, and it was a Saturday, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I ended up working with Jun for the purchase of my home. He was very flexible and accommodating to the times I was able to meet with him. Since this was my first time buying and I had no clue what I was doing, he really took the time to explain everything to me in depth and sort of "dumb it down" so that I understood what was going on. He did his best to get me the lowest interest rate, and the transaction was very smooth. After moving into my home and living there for a few months, Jun contacted me again to let me know the rates had dropped and that I could refinance. The refi process took a bit longer than the original purchase of the home, but I was in no hurry. Just last week when he was wrapping everything up, he called me again to let me know the interest rates dropped again, and that he was going to try to renegotiate the loan to get me a better deal. He was able to do that, and just this morning I met with him to sign the refi paperwork, and my payments have now dropped considerably. I have already referred a few friends to Jun for their home buying needs, but I just wanted to put the word out there that I think Jun and Windsor Capital are awesome!
